My daughter and I loved our balcony room and use the balcony quite often. The only problem I had as an older adult was the tub. It was very high and hard to get into other than that the room was great.

On a séjourné deux nuits à l’hôtel. Tout s’est bien déroulé. La chambre, salle de bain étaient propres à notre arrivée. Nous avions demandé un lit pour bébé qui nous a été très utile. On a profité une fois de la piscine. C’est un hotel familial donc il faut s’attendre à entendre du bruit ou voir beaucoup de mouvement autour. La seule contrainte a été qu’on entendait beaucoup les enfants courir dans le corridor à la tombé de la nuit mais bon cela n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel. Une chance notre bébé a quand même bien dormi dans les circonstances. Très bon hôtel en général, on est satisfait.

C’est un bel hôtel, les employés sont très gentils et le restaurant est très bon! Par contre, nous étions dans la suite Rouge passion et elle ne vaut vraiment pas le prix… Très petite chambre mais avec une grande salle de bain. Le bain à remous ne fonctionnait pas, le robinet du lavabo est croche et lousse et les plastiques d’étanchéité de la douche sont sales et brisés. Les coins de la douche sont sales et les multijets sont placés devant/face aux portes de la douche au lieu de parallèle ce qui cause des dégâts. De plus, les plancher de la chambres sont usés/maganés ainsi que les bas de portes de l’étage au complet. Quoi dire de la vue médiocre sur le stationnement et au même étage/niveau que la chambre. Les voitures sont à un mètre de la fenêtre! Cette « suite » ne vaut certainement pas le prix demandé! Comme c’est un hôtel familial, il faut s’attendre à ce qu’il y ait des enfants/familles dans la piscine de l’ouverture à la fermeture lorsqu’on y va pendant les vacances de la construction… J’aurais aimé que de 19h à 22h ou de 20h à 22h soit pour les plus vieux (ados 10-12 ans et plus).

Très déçu de mon séjour. La chambre n’était pas aussi propre que prévu et l’entretien laissait à désirer. Le personnel n’était pas très accueillant ni serviable. Le petit-déjeuner offrait très peu de choix et la qualité était moyenne. Le spa n’était pas bien entretenu et ne correspondait pas aux attentes. Pour le prix payé, je m’attendais à une bien meilleure expérience. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

L'hotel était super mais nous sommes arrivés en pleine panne de courant alors c'était un peu le chaos pour le check-in, nous avons eu la chambre plus tard que prévu. En général c'était super mais nous aurions aimés une compensation pour l'arrivée un peu chaotique et tardive, en général tout était bien.

J’ai bien aimé la propreté de la chambre mais il n’y avait pas beaucoup d’isolation sonore pour les chambres avec un balcon intérieur autour de la piscine. Donc on ne pouvait pas vraiment se reposer durant l’après midi ou le soir. Surtout quand il y avait un artiste qui jouait de la musique toutes la soirée et le son était très fort. Sinon le staff était très gentil.
