Stayed for a night to go to a concert at the O2. Cracking location! Only took 14 mins door to door. We had a twin room. The room was spacious and the beds bigger than a standard single. Lovely bathroom and amenities with the added bonus of really good fresh cookies! The little shop was crazy expensive (£6.99 for Doritos/biscuits) but overall a fab hotel!

Good location. Close to docklands railway but hilton yse feather pillows and duvets as default. For people with alergies this is a nighmare especially when checking after housekeeping have finished.
The bed didnt feel sturdy but the room was very spacious and well appointed.

Booked this hotel as it was close to our itinerary needs. Check in was easy, though we had booked two rooms they forgot to give us second room key on arrival, room was spacious and practical for our needs, downside the beds especially the pillows were very uncomfortable. Stripped the beds before leaving and the quilt was covered in stains and marks. Was Ok for a one night stay

My first time staying here and will stay again every time im going to the excel, the room was clean and well kept. My only issue was i felt the staff at breakfast were a little miserable, why only 4 stars, saying good morning and accepting a customer saying thank you to you and not grunting a response are little things that are easy fixed, the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful

Very expensive for what you get. Water was correct, but also a view of a building site. Room was badly designed. Several different sets of lights all controlled by one small switch. No reading lamp.
Only get water form your first night. For £220 a night I'd at least expect water both nights.
And those annoying towels that put fluffy on everything. Why can't hotels get decent towels!!!

this hotel now charge a £50 incidentals deposit on check-in, the only DoubleTree that it seems compulsory to pay this. We had stayed here before and it was excellent, this time wasn't that good, our room felt really dark. The fridge had gone missing aswell? Its also in a inconvenient area when travelling into London, areas around the hotel aren't the best
