Hotel was very nice, staff were helpful and friendly. Be aware depending on what room you book it may not come with en-suite toilet or shower however the communal showers were good and if the weather is Hot the shower gets very cold. Would stay here again. No air con in the rooms but was provided and fan to keep the room cool

Great location very close to King’s Cross and St Pancras stations just a short 5-10min walk with plenty of eateries outside the property. Bedroom was spacious with a sink and TV. Only issue there was a continuous humming from the hotel affecting the bedroom which made it difficult to sleep. Good basic hotel for an overnight stay only, shared bathrooms are in urgent need of upgrading, cleaning and maintenance. Hand soap was in dirty overused bottles and unhygienic cups and mugs really need to be removed and freshened if left for hotel residents to use which could be improved as the room was functional and good. Two keys required to open front door and bedroom door old fashioned system but ok. Nice busy area and would definitely stay for one night stays in the future if price is budget friendly.

Do not stay in this hotel! Very rude staff! The room was atrocious, dusty, noisy, the beds had springs sticking out, the shower did not work, the tv did not work. The staff couldn’t care less!
We were not acknowledged when checking out, the man stayed on the phone and didn’t look up.

This is what you pay for. Budget. Don't expect the rooms to be amazing. They're very small just fit the bed. No air con and bathroom is all in one (a little bit like a cozy cruise cabin).
It did the job for us as a cheap stay where we alresdy had things planned. But it wouldn't be somewhere I'd stay again or recommend. Pictures online are a little deceiving.

When booking I didn't realise that the fine print said that standard rooms don't include a bathroom - there is a shared bathroom on the first floor. We ended up upgrading to a room with a bathroom but there was an extra cost. The room was sparse but fine, there was a fan which we were greatful for. The drain in the shower smelled, and the carpet was dirty.
The location is excellent with a 5 min walk from a big tube station.

When we arrived nobody on desk we had to wait 10 minutes for receptionist to return to building. No drinking water in our room. Only 1 bath towel each. No handtowel in bathroom for hands(they did give us an extra towel when asked)plaster boards stood up in hallway near our room. Outside light kept coming on in night, and heard people laughing , talking after midnight through walls while trying to sleep.

It's definitely a good budget option to stay in central london. I wanted to be as close as possible to Saint Pancreas International and this was definitely it; also it was a pretty well trafficked road so it felt relatively safe. I would just recommend to not say the room number out loud at check-in just to be on the safe side since the rooms are not key cards but actual keys. The bathrooms and room was clean! it was maybe a bit warm but it there had just been an heat wave so I wouldn't fault the hotel for that. Overall a pretty good experience, but definitely bring ear plugs as the street is a bit loud!

Everything was dirty: walls in the room, towels, curtains, we couldn't use shower as there was lots of hairs and was dirty as hell. This hotel (if your can name this thing hotel) stuck in '80s and no one do cleaning ever since! Guy in the reception gave us impression that he was there as a punishment.
I will never ever cone back to this an will tell whoever I can to avoid it at all costs.

We stayed only for one night but I wouln’t want to be there ever again
It should not be considered a hotel but a hostel. The bedroom, bathrooms were really outdated. We were given a room in the basement and the smell, poor ventilation was not adequate.
Staff were not that friendly either.
The only positive about the hotel is the location.

Check in smooth, good location, easy to get around. The room was extremely compact as was the shower, very difficult to get the water temperature correct, due to it being so small water was going out the door on to the carpet, luckily the door opened outwards so I could step out of the shower backwards. The kettle would only work if we held it down, we did report it to a member of staff, very friendly and polite staff. The bed was uncomfortable, we could feel every spring in the mattress so didn't sleep very well.
