The buffet breakfast had very good variety, although was a little busy whatever time we went. Room was clean with everything that we needed and good air conditioning and the hotel is in a really good position for visiting all of the sightseeing spots in Bath

Great location. Bed was really comfortable & room was very quiet. Room & bathroom were clean. Didn’t have the breakfast but for the price we were impressed & will use again.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, a credit to the hotel. Room was lovely with good air con. Complimentary breakfast was great and got a table straight away. In the afternoon the seating area by reception was a little dirty still from breakfast. Was able to store luggage easily and conveniently located to the sights and train station. Highly recommend

Room was spotless and well equipped. Bathroom extremely clean. Very quiet at night. Breakfast plentiful and well organised. Hotel is ideally located, very near to train station and the centre of Bath.

Great location, big room and very clean and comfortable. We were comfortable and happy and the beds are great as well.

Hotel is very central and comfortable, rooms are a decent size. However, when we checked in we noticed a lot of loose hair in our shower. We brought this to the attention of the desk staff who said they’d inform housekeeping to get it cleaned. (It wasn’t a stray hair - there were so many long dark hairs on the shower tray, glass, taps, toiletries and tiles. Also on the bathroom floor and the floor immediately outside the toilet). When we returned after 10pm, they were all still there. I cleaned them myself as I was desperate for a shower having been sightseeing for hours in 30 degree heat and having also arrived from 34 degree heat in Paris earlier in the day. This left a bitter taste in my mouth given that you’re paying £215 per night to stay there. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortable given the heat and we were grateful for the fridge. The breakfast that’s included is fantastic. Very fresh and varied. Would we return or recommend the hotel? Probably not due to the unclean shower and the fact that it wasn’t rectified when brought to the attention of staff.

Nice modern hotel

Well located, spotless and spacious room and bathroom. Lovely staff. Excellent buffet breakfast - croissants and pains au chocolat up there with the best I've ever eaten.

Wonderful maintained hotel in the centre of Bath, excellent location, breakfast and staff.

It's was nice very clean I just feel 150 a night for what it actault is is outrageous
