Staff lovely. Room large and spotless. Only issue was that my personal mobile data did not work in the hotel, but worked the minute I was out of the hotel, so I think they must block your own mobile data. I wasn't going to pay for the hotel wifi.

Receptionist was very nice but the queue to check in was unacceptable. I appreciate it was a bust window due to location but it took too long to get additional staff on the closed desks so we queued for about 10 minutes

Great location given we were there for concerts. Staff werw wonderful and rooms were excellent. Bar and restaurant were lovely. Mini bar was very expensive.
