ibis London Excel Docklands

Incredible find in a tourist area that is full of activities. I rate the IBIS London Excel Docklands 5 Stars. My room is equipped with an Espresso machine, kettle, coffee, bath robe, full size towel, rain shower, window that overlooks the river, king bed, extra pillow, and big screen TV. The staff is friendly and provide excellent service. Best of all, the hotel is walking distance from the train station, restaurants, attractions and the water. It has a bar, restaurant and security system in house. All for under 100 pounds per night!

Bike friendly, so friendly in general. Such a lovely check in and welcome. Fab view of the water. Great location right by the Excel centre. I will definitely be back.

Awful hotel dirty and massive cost for awful room

Staff were friendly and helpful. Made a day that was blighted with problems fade away with their great customer service. Can't recommend them enough, always love my stay there and hoping for plenty more.

Great location and despite being in the flight path for London city airport the noise wasn’t too disruptive. Staff were attentive and friendly and is a few minutes walk to the cable cars. Train station is also a short walk away. The bathrooms were a bit strange, but otherwise the room was clean, albeit very hot in summer.

Stayed in the Ibis excel for two nights with my daughter because we travelled to see Kim Seokjin at the o2. Cannot find anything wrong with our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel. Gluten free options are limited here (daughter is coeliac) but they do their pizza on a gluten free base at request and she really enjoyed it.

I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel in London and had a fantastic experience. The hotel offers great value for money, with clean, modern rooms and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and I really felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. I would highly recommend the Ibis Hotel in London for anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in the city and enjoy a fantastic view as well. Would definitely book again!

Hotel was lovely but there was not always someone at the bar to get a drink you were left waiting for someone to come.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful when assistance needed to book transport. The quality of the breakfast was outstanding and although the evening dining options were limited ,there were plenty of alternative options nearby.

Staff are very welcoming and look after you well. Rooms are very good, and well presented and clean. Great location, very easy access to O2 arena. Enough shops and food outlets close by. Definitely worth it, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Attending Billie Eilish concert at the 02 - wanted a close location for our stay near the tube.

Very small rooms with limited facilities. Very basic hotel, not worth the money paid.

This stay was planned last minute due to a holiday cancellation, however my stay blew my expectations. The hotel staff made me and my partner feel welcome from beginning to the end through out weekend stay making my birthday extra special we will be returning again.

Check in was a bit slow, a self check in option like at Premier Inn would be great. Otherwise clean modern hotel very close to the Excel and transport links.
