Unfortunately there was work going on at the time of our stay which made the reception area quite noisy. The staff were brilliant though and brought us all a little drink. Also the noise you;d not be heard at all once we were in our room. Views of Tower Bridge from the restaurant were amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, friendly staff, rooms were spacious and we were treated like royalty. Walking distance to the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge. Cute place to hang out near the hotel with food trucks, and live music on certain days. Coffee shop on the corner is great too. Overall I would stay there again and no complaints.

Well located hotel right beside Tower Bridge and 10mins from Tower Hill tube station. It was a nice hotel overall and didn't have anything to complain about. Only issue was, was the lack of aircon. We asked for a portable fan which did help but it still was very warm in the room.

Lovely reception staff and I was given a room with a river view which was lovely. It was very hot and although there is air conditioning but it didn't work well in the room .

Pas de frigo, air climatisé faible et la sortie d'air était très salle voir dégueulasses. Le resto pour déjeuner n'en vaut le coût. La vue était cependant très bien et leurs système de checkin et checkout très rapide

The location of this hotel is what draws people there. The rooms are small, but you are in the location for the sites, not to stay in the room. It is a very busy hotel. The lobby is always busy. It is currently undergoing renovations, which makes the lobby look even smaller. The staff are very helpful, but we found that the housekeeping was lacking. We had run out of tissues, toilet paper, and towels. The room we were in got sun all day long (and the summer days in London are very long), so we had to keep the curtains drawn to help keep the room cooler because the air conditioners did not go lower than 72 degrees F. The food was delicious, the drinks were delightful, the staff very friendly, and the view beautiful! I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay - was able to check in early and the view from the 9th floor across the docks towards canary wharf was fabulous The room was rather tired hence the lower score but was very clean. Only one set of towels was a bit unusual though! It was disappointing that there was no working fridge as the temperatures exceeded 30 and the ability to come back to cold drinks would have been nice

The location was excellent and we had a fabulous view of Tower Bridge. The front desk and concierge staff were wonderful. The omelet station was a treat and kitchen staff helpful. The lack of air conditioning in the room was a problem during the recent heat wave. But the lobby was pleasant and the room fan helped. The housekeeping staff was the weak link. They were not responsive and sometimes didn't even clean the room. But the front desk sent them back when asked.

this hotel is old.. It appears to be really high class hotel. I got a suite with Tower Bridge right on my face. If that's what you are looking for, this is the hotel you want to stay. Half of the electricity outlet does not work. Access to the bath room is barely enough for wheelchair to pass. They don't have accessible room. Since hotel is very old, every room's condition is very. Some are remodeled. Some are very bad.

I understand the hotel is having some renovations done,…we were put in a room where we can hear constant drilling noises. Moved us, which was nice…..new room the AC wasn’t working and left us a note it would be taken care of. Gave us a fan and the room stayed 26 Celsius. Mentioned it again when checking out and they had no interest.
