The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I checked in with a twin-bed room the first time, but was immediately moved to a single-bed room the next day and helped move my luggage since I was out of the hotel. The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious, definitely worth trying, and the price was very reasonable for the experience and quality.

Valet parking. If you're lucky, you'll park in the hotel area. If it's full, you'll park at Transmart Ngagel, which can be a bit of a wait. Otherwise, everything is fine.
