My first time staying in Puncak and it was a great experience. I brought my family for a staycation and took the family room. The room is spacious and has 3 beds. Each room has a balcony. So far, this is the most spacious room I've researched. By the way, the rooms at this hotel are always fully booked, especially on weekends (don't ask about long weekends), so always book early. The staff are friendly and super responsive. The breakfast has a lot of variety and the restaurant team is very quick to refill when something runs out, so there's no waiting. I'd say it's great. Highly recommended 🙌🏻

The hotel staff is friendly, and there are plenty of games specifically for children. The food is delicious. The only downside was that the AC in my room wasn't cold enough, even though the temperature was 16°C. Otherwise, it was great. I recommend this hotel for those looking for accommodation specifically for children. It's a great place to stay, with plenty of games and even a coloring session for kids.

The intention was to play Go-Luge because I was tired, so I finally booked a room at Hotel Taman Teratai. The location is also very close to Go-Luge, just a 2-minute walk and you're there 🫶🏻. The experience of staying at this hotel was very satisfying, the service was friendly, the room was clean, the water heater worked well, the food was delicious and really worth it. The swimming pool was clean, the garden was neatly arranged, it was beautiful, lots of spots for photos and there was a playground too. Next time I go on holiday to Puncak, I will stay here again. Thank you Taman Teratai.
