The hotel is nice looking however we didn't have a good experience. While we were eating at the hotels restaurant La Fontana a roach fell off the ceiling on to my plate. They offered an upgrade to a premium package which I accepted only to find out the pool was under renovation. They are supposed to refund me however before they offer this upgrade they should've mentioned this.
