When I asked for a special request for my husband's birthday... I got a room on the 20th floor with a very beautiful view... the room smelled clean... Staying at Bumi with my mother for a short staycation was the best choice. The serene atmosphere (so my mother could finish the Quran), the super friendly staff, the location right in the heart of Surabaya, making it close to everything, and the incredible night and morning views from the 11th floor made us feel at home and rested soundly. Not to mention the swimming pool, which also provides a great place for seniors to exercise in the morning—it's simply top-notch. Thank you Bumi.

The first time I stayed at this hotel was so impressive, starting from the friendly security guard to helping me park my car and carry my luggage to the hotel lobby, the receptionist was also friendly, the room was clean and fragrant, the room was spacious with a fairly spacious bathroom and the cleanliness was maintained, it was very satisfying to stay here, next time we plan another staycation here, for the bathroom towels maybe they need to be replaced because they are a bit rough.
