The service was very satisfying. Initially, I was confused about how to book a room using the app, but then Mr. Hafid helped me through the booking process and check-in. The room was comfortable and clean, with complete amenities, especially the free laundry room for guests staying at Ashley. It's also perfect for long-term guests who don't have to worry about dirty clothes. The location is also very strategic.

This is my review of the second day. Like yesterday, the friendly staff, cleanliness, and strategic location in the Sabang area made this hotel a perfect choice. I then continued my journey by train at Gambir Station. It was truly amazing, the hotel's proximity to Gambir Station was so close, taking less than 15 minutes. I would like to thank Winda Liedy, Hotel Manager, for her kind response to my comments. I hope to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Hotel Horison Ultima Menteng provides a very satisfying stay. The breakfast is impressive, offering a wide variety—from coffee and herbal tea to Indonesian soups, nasi campur, and other local delicacies. I initially planned to stay for only one night, but after enjoying such an excellent breakfast, I decided to extend my stay for another day. Truly a worthwhile experience.

This was my first stay at the Ashley Hotel here. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean, well-appointed, fragrant, and comfortable, and the food was delicious. I absolutely loved the Ashley Hotel at Tugu Tani. I was completely satisfied and comfortable. I'll definitely be back.

I don't regret choosing this hotel. All the staff are very nice and friendly, from the security guards and receptionists to the housekeeping staff.
The room's interior is beautiful and comfortable. It's clean and fragrant. The bathroom amenities are complete, and the toilets are clean.
The hotel's location is very strategic, close to Plasa Indonesia, Green Indonesia, Thamrin City, Tanah Abang, Sarina, Bundaran HI, the MRT, and the train station.
Next time I'm in Jakarta, I'll definitely stay here again ☺️👍

This hotel is my go-to hotel when I'm in Jakarta. It's strategically located, and if you're looking for food, it's just a short walk away, as it's close to the culinary scene on Jalan Sabang. As for the staff, there's no question about it. They're ready to help us at any time. The rooms are also spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay.
