A new hotel with an attractive price, including breakfast. Conveniently located near the airport, there's a free shuttle service at certain times. The amenities are very helpful for airport access. The room was clean and all amenities worked well. Wi-Fi was good and the hot water was available.

It was a really great experience, and I will choose only this hotel in the future when I come again to Medan, Indonesia. The staff of the hotel is really amazing and all the people there are friendly, and I really appreciate all the receptionists; they are doing really well and are always cooperative. The cafe beside this hotel is also so much good, and there are a lot of options for eating. I love the service of Cordex hotel; it is the best hotel I have ever chosen in my life 💞

Staying at Cambridge Hotel Medan was truly a comfortable experience! The location is strategic, right next to the mall, making it super easy to find food or shop. The room was clean, spacious, and smelled great upon arrival. The staff were also super friendly and responsive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive until you leave. The rooftop pool is also a great place to relax in the afternoon while enjoying the city views. Highly recommended for those planning a vacation or business trip to Medan. I'll definitely be back!
