The thing that sets it apart from other hotels is that the Hilton Hotel is very concerned with sustainability and is environmentally conscious about the waste produced. For example, is a water bottle in the room or dining area that can be refilled repeatedly and several amenities that can be requested if needed. I could say this is one of the best hotels in Bandung city center. One step away from PVJ mall, surrounded by shops, markets, culinary places. Parking is at the basement so I am not afraid my motorcycle will get wet. Room and toilets are clean, AC is cold, Wi-Fi is fast, hot water available almost without delay. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is very delicious. Staffs are friendly. What else, I can't complain about anything.

Staying here for 2 nights leaves an excellent impression! The staff from the security, receptionist, to the kitchen staff are very helpful and nice. The location is near the Bandung Station, and we can reach it on foot. The price for an additional person is also quite affordable with the variety of menu serves. The room is very clean, I really love the room arrangement, the lighting, the room color, and most importantly is the cleanliness of the bathroom. See you next time Geary Hotel!

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma. Stay healthy, Mrs. Irma, see you again.
