I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Millennium Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent, right next to Pavilion, making it easy to explore shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff especially Shima and Devi at L18 were attentive, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay—I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Check-in was smooth, and please take note that the hotel requires RM100 for a deposit, so keep some cash ready. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel also sent a WhatsApp message to customers after checking in for further assistance (this is good). I requested a quieter side of the hotel because I am a light sleeper, and the hotel was able to provide it. Overall, very satisfied with the room and service.

The staff are really helpful to accommodate our stay, such a pleasant stay at Pavilion, and thanks for all the compliments provided by Pavilion Hotel. The breakfast variants are quite a lot, you can choose local or western style. Since it's located in the middle of Bukit Bintang area, you can go around so easily, to the mall, food stalls, even for transportation in a minute. Will definitely be back to stay a little bit longer.

The room was spacious, cozy, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to assist. This hotel boasts an excellent prime location—just a walking distance to multiple malls and surrounded by highly recommended food spots in Kuala Lumpur. From breakfast to supper, the dining options nearby are so good that I never bothered with the hotel breakfast during my stay! The service was exceptionally friendly, and taxi pick-up access was very convenient. Most importantly, the price is surprisingly budget-friendly for the Bukit Bintang area. Highly recommended for both business travelers and tourists looking for great value in a prime spot!

Easy Hotel Kuala Lumpur Sentral

Really good budget hotel. Room, bed, bathroom were clean. Check in and out process were quick and easy. Staff welcoming, we were given a drink at check in. The location is super convenient, literally right in front of a monorail station, and only a 7 minute walk through a mall to KL Sentral. Also only a 20 minute walk to the botanical garden and national museum, by cutting through this mall, exit KL Sentral on the other side, through another hotel's parking lot and crossing the motorway (accessible by foot, there's a pedestrian way). Would stay here again.
