Because we had train delays we were late booking in.Not a problem though The friendly receptionist was very welcoming. The bed was huge and after a very stressful day we had agood nights sleep in the most comfortable bed. Checkout was not until 12 noon so we had time for a quick visit to the city centre which is about a 5 minutes walk away The train station is just across the road so this is a very convenient place to stay

Exeter Central駅の目の前にあり、移動の便が非常に良い。Exeter Cathedralを含めた街の中心からも徒歩10分程度でアクセス良好。

エクセター市内の同じ系列でサウスゲートホテルを常宿にしてたけど今回このホテルに泊まってみました。バスタブの掃除がされてない、テレビの操作性が悪い、ガウンを畳まない、迷路のような構造でエレベーターから離れた部屋だと迷う、朝食もサウスゲートの方が良い、など同じ系列でも大きな格差あり。次回からは泊まりません。

Fantastic location for central Exeter, pretty building from the outside, and some grand features. However, the carpet on the main stairs was threadbare going up the steps.
Unable to shower as within seconds of turning the water on the shower overflowed and spilled into the bedroom.

Centrally located near shops and restaurants. Only minor hassle was that the elevator wasn’t working on the second floor. Drakes restaurant / bar OK if you are tired or in a hurry. Better options downtown a short walk away.

Average...the hotel is very dated & musty. Bed had springs sticking into me. Very poor night's sleep as it was super hot (even though not hot outside) and very noisy with the window open.

The hotel is fine but they hiked up the price so much because it was university drop off weekend and Women’s’ England World Rugby. We had no choice but to book this hotel as all others were booked up and it was probably quadruple the normal rate. Then on top of that they charged us for parking and there was no breakfast included. Very disappointing.

The room looked clean but yhere was an odour which unfortunately smelt of urine.
The staff were very friendly and hard working. We were very plessed that we could open the windows which often isn't possible in hotel rooms.
The locations was perfect.

Super warm welcome - could not have done more for us which immediately made me feel important.
Excellent location for the centre but quiet since it is located away from the bars etc that were busy.
Can’t speak for how this is during university term time as we visited in the holidays but I got an excellent nights sleep & was not disturbed at all despite being a sunny Saturday evening!
Overall we had a very pleasant stay.
