Excelente servicio solo con el desayuno no es tan agradable no todo está para disfrutar tienes que pagar

Limpieza cada tercer día. Jacuzzies exteriores, se apartó uno y se registró, al siguiente día dijeron que estaba en mantenimiento a la hora de llegar para utilizarlo. Anteriormente el servicio había sido mejor, hoy no.

Suite was a really neat design. No soap and oil on the bedsheets. Towels were old. Bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff and well priced. There is a 150peso per person per night extra fee above 2 people and a 74pesco per night additional tax.

Pros: The rooms were spacious, and each had its own bathroom. The in-suite pool was very convenient and enjoyable for the kids. Cons: The kitchen was not well stocked, there were not enough utensils, blankets, or towels, so consider bringing your own. Our room had been cleaned, but there was a very strong dirty mop smell that was extremely unpleasant. Breakfast was included, which was a plus, however, the selection was very limited and food ran out quickly. At checkout, we were charged an additional fee due to an alleged staff error during check-in. It was unclear whether this charge was legitimate, which felt concerning. The staff was not rude, but they were not particularly friendly either. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for the price, and the location was convenient due to its proximity to nearby parks.

I wouldn't stay again. Yes it is an cheap, expensive place. Ans as they say you get what you paid for. They did not want to wash the sheets, yes I was charged extra. The manager said I had to pay for the sheets I agreed if I kept the sheets. After I paid he took them and still charged me. #visa

El diseño de la habitación nos pareció un poco extraño respecto a la distribución de espacios, sin embargo estaba limpio, el aire funcionaba correctamente y el agua de la ducha estaba caliente. Además es pet friendly. Deja’s un depósito de 1000 pesos y si todo está OK lo reembolsan a tu salida. Tienen incluido un desayuno básico en el restaurante que está junto a la alberca que no tuvimos oportunidad de usar pero que está súper bonita. La ubicación es buena, cerca del ferry, lejos del centro.

Sicuramente è un hotel molto economico. Le recensioni ci hanno fatto ben sperare...ma manca manutenzione alla struttura...un pochino di pulizia in più non sarebbe male. Però il prezzo è sicuramente molto interessante

Shower ok, bed comfortable but the whole room itself very poor, no mirrors, towels and bed sheets very old, breakfast to cry, but good location, staff ok, great pool, the place is pretty, just those little details if fixed will be a great place to stay!

I have stayed here several times the last few years. because it is very convenient. Clean, modern, great pool, staff are very plesant. I will stay here again when in need to. My only constant disappointment is the food. It won't make you sick but nothing is tasty or thoughtful. Honestly, the kitchen has no training or interest in food preperation.

The front desk crew was very kind but the room upon entering we found a GIANT live scorpion and a few large cockroaches, the kids weren’t able to get comfortable after that so we left shortly thereafter. The hotel has so much potential just needs a little TLC in cleaning and upkeep (pest control) the rooms were huge and lots of space, but overall upkeep was iffy and lacking. We would have stayed if the scorpion situation hadn’t happened. The staff was great, and I know we’re in a jungle but try convincing a 3 year old who’s overtired that there’s only those 3 giant bugs in her room and it’s fine to go to sleep.

Bad service, poor amenities and the breakfast was awful.

This hotel has false advertising, rooms are very dirty, sheets were smelly and people's hair were all over the bed, I asked for clean ones and they didn't had none... Bathroom was nasty, dirty and smelly. If you are looking for a decent clean place this is not it please trust me on this one.
