랭커스터 게이트 호텔

조식 포함으로 두 건 예약했는데 둘 다 체크인부터 매일 아침마다 조식 먹을때 계속 포함이 안되어있다고 해서 매번 증명하느라 매우 화도 나고 복잡했습니다. 호텔스닷컴에서도 영문 예약내역을 만들어줘야지 그러지 않아서 직접 파파고도 돌려야했고 힘들었습니다. 호텔 위치는 공원 앞인건 좋지만 택시가 잘 안잡혀서 지하철을 권장하고, 화장실이 불편해요. 물도 잘 안내려가고 물 온도 조절이 안되어서 너무 뜨겁고, 샤워기 줄이 고정되어있어서 불편해요. 전반적으로 가격말고 장점이 없는 것 같아요. 조식은 평범하고 메뉴는 고정입니다.

The heater did not work, had to ask reception several times to come over to check. It did not work entire night, had to change the room next day, which I was told to wait till check in time which is ridiculous when it is their fault. Again, no apology at all. They said they got no room ready, but when I complained abt the situation, suddenly there's a room ready. Worst customer service ever, and they tried to charge the luggage when I left them after check out waiting for the flight. They said they charge them after check out. Not such a thing happened in any even crappier hotel and I am a frequent traveller. No heater no apology, but they will charge you for luggage. Simply not worth staying here. Room is dated, furnitures are dated, but comparably clean. That's the only nice thing I could find.

패딩턴역에서 도보로7분..주변도 조용하고 호텔이 낡긴했지만 깨끗하게 관리하고 조식도 좋다..성인가족 3인이 일주일을 머무는데 방이 넘 좁아 캐리어놓으니 지나다니기도 좁아 더 넓은방이 없냐하니 바꿔주었고 그때에야 좀 숨통이 트이는것같았다.첫날에도 냉장고에 무료제공생수는 없어서 그런가보다 했는데 체크아웃하는날 보니 생수를 룸서비스 하는것보고 라운지에 물어보니 원하면 드린다고 하는거다..ㅜㅜ 그럼 첫날부터 생수를 드리겠냐 물어봤어야하지..아예 묻지도 않은걸..생수사다 나르느라...바뻤죠..여튼 퀸즈웨이역,패딩턴역,노팅힐,하이드파크,버스정류장 다 접근성 넘 좋아요..서비스도 가격도 이정도면 백점만점에 백점입니다...

The personal in the reception were rude and not helpful. They Said we needed to change Room due to water lek and the women in the reception told us she would talk to the manager to reduce the price for us but didn’t. They have us a simplare Room

I didn’t have breakfast but it looked really good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bra frukost

Staff friendly , foyer and downstairs nice enough. Room was tired and tatty as were the bedsheets with dark long hairs in the bedding (that always freaks my daughter out) obviously from cleaner / laundering and old ink stains but was all clean. Good shower . Didn’t have breakfast but complimentary coffee was nice although had to go down to breakfast area for it - no facilities in room. Location is great though - easy access to tube and Hyde park and lovely area aesthetically. London prices for 1990s level hospitality.

Front staff very nice and helpful. The rooms are smaller and tight. The one bed mattress was hard and lumpy. Rooms are older but clean

Otelin ozellikle konumu cok iyiydi bircok yere yuruyerek ulasilabilir bir konumda. Odamiz temizdi ve her gun temizlendi. Calisanlar da gayet kibar ve guler yuzluydu. Hicbir sorun yasamadik cok memnun kaldik bir daha tercih edecegim bir otel oldu.

Great check in. Was able to drop my bags in my room early. Super service. Nice breakfast too :-)

Quarto limpo, cama confortável (pequena para casal de média e grande estatura), banheiro com bom tamanho. A localização do hotel é excelente, muito perto do Hyde Park, do metrô e de boas opções de restaurantes.

The room was clean but surprised no hand soap was provided in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and efficient. The bar service was fine.

Rent rum, trevlig personal! En aning lyhörda rum om man ska klaga på något! Men vi är nöjda!

Odalar eski, banyo donanımı arızalı. Temizlik desen hak getire. Kısaca tavsiye etmiyorum. Önemli hijyen ve bakım/hizmet sorunları olan bir otel. Diğer seçenekleri değerlendirin.

This hotel stay was okay. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet area within walking distance of several Tube stations and bus stops, making it quick and easy to get around central London. The standard room was very small, as they usually are in London, and the bathroom was acceptable. London is an old city, and you’re generally not there to spend much time in your hotel room, so the standard is often lower than what you might expect elsewhere. However, the walls were extremely thin, and our room had a squeaky, noisy fire door just outside in the corridor. Every guest on the floor had to pass through it to reach their room. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel might not be ideal for you. It doesn’t help that the hotel is located on a quiet street when it feels like every other guest is walking right through your room at all hours. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, and both check-in and payment were quick and smooth. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable with fresh, clean sheets.

The hotel was well situated for transport links. The rooms were clean but the bathroom needed updating. The bar was comfortable and well stocked. All of the staff were courteous and helpful. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay clise to central Oobdon
