청결부분이 너무 안좋아요 티비아래 탁자에는 씹던 껌이 붙어있었고 드라이기에는 먼지가 가득해서 단한번도 사용하지 않았습니다 씻을때마다 물에서 이상한 냄새가 나고 박당 10만원이여도 아까울거같은데 30만원이라니 투어때문에 가성비 숙소로 찾은곳인데 숙박후 너무 실망했습니다 남편은 여기묶기 시작한날부터 아침에 가래가 낀다고 하더군요 물온도 조절하기도 어렵고 샤워하느라 오래틀어두면 뜨거운물 조절부가 뜨거워져서 샤워후 물끄기도 어렵습니다 보통은 온 첫날 와인이나 다과등을 준비해둘텐데 둘째날 들어오니 갑자기 와인과 마카롱이있는것도 의문이였습니다 둘째날 투어후 귀가하니 수건이없어서 요청하려고 컨시어지,하우스키퍼,로비 모든곳에 전화를 해도 연결이 되지않습니다 시간을 두고 다시 전화를 걸어도 받지 않더군요 결국 직접내려가서 수건요청했구요 조식에선 머리카락이 나오고 그냥 모든것이 엉망이고 기분이 나빴습니다

Le falta mantenimiento, baño de la habitacion muy descuidado, sale mal olor de la regadera, no funciona el grifo, elvadores en mal estado, muy pocas amenidades, por el precio se encuentra algo mejor. Frigobar de la habitación no enfria, el acceso digital de la habitación costaba mucho que leyera el brazalate.

Foi o pior lugar que fiquei em todas as viagens que fiz. Devido à proximidade com o Coco Bongo e outras boates, o Hotel fica lotado de jovens, em sua maioria estrangeiros, e se torna um ambiente de bagunça e falta de respeito. Eles bebem dia e noite, ocupam todas as cadeiras das piscinas, mesmo não utilizando, ocupam o lobby do hotel durante a noite e fazem uma bagunça terrível de madrugada quando voltam da balada, fiquei 3 noites sem dormir. Os funcionários do Hotel presenciam a bagunça e não tomam providência nenhuma, muitas vezes até acham engraçado. Definitivamente não recomendo, caso você pretenda passar a suas férias em um local com pessoas civilizadas.

Muy bonita vista de la playa, Aire acondicionado bien, excelente servicio, la playa con poco acumuló de sargazo, el mar no tanto oleaje permite nadar, se llega caminando a los club de baile/antros clásicos de can cun (coco bongo) todo +++++

Tivemos uma experiência péssima primeiramente ao chegar no hotel pagamos por um upgrade de quarto para ter 1/4 melhor com vista pro mar mas ao entrar no quarto estava muito fedido até aí okay mas em uma das noites um bêbado começou a bater na nossa porta primeiramente ele estava errado mas depois ele começou a bater incansavelmente com muita força gritando e nos ameaçando entendendo que ele estava bêbado o hotel não tem controle das pessoas bêbadas mas pedimos ajuda pelo telefone e ajuda demorou mais de 15 minutos e esses 15 minutos foram aterrorizantes porque o bêbado chegou a quebrar a porta e estávamos com uma bebê de um ano no quarto e o bêbado nos xingava nos ameaçava e de tanta esmurrar a porta e chutar a porta ele quebrou a porta e ficamos com muito medo e ajuda demorou muito ao chegar para ajudar funcionário foi muito educado mas infelizmente demorou demais e o pior foi que não deram um respaldo decente para essa situação apenas nos trocaram de quarto na mesma noite na mesma madrugada porém para 1/4 inferior ao nosso e no outro dia quando pedimos 1/4 superior simplesmente falaram que nao teria, depois de muito pedir disseram que eu teria que desocupar o nosso as 12h oara ocupar o outro somente as 15h, porem estavamos com um bebe, impossível fazer isso. Deveriam colocar os hospedes do spring break numa ala diferente das familias

The bus that was paid for never came. Our flights were delayed so arriving on time wasn't happening. We had to call for a shuttle from airport to our hotel because the orginal bus did not watch the flights to realize flights were delayed a bit. The room was disgusting with stain on chairs and we found a ton of roaches at the bed areas. The front desk did not want to change our roomuntil we showed a video of all the roaches running around. The topper was one of us was on the balcony in the room when house keeping came in and didnt know they were there and started going through his wallet stealing cash. When he confronted her, she dropped the wallet and ran out of the room. It turns out everyone we were with checked and notice they were missing cash, gift cards, etc. House keeping robbing visitors blind. Everyone on that staff should be fired. We will never stay there again. Very disappointing

Wasn’t too great The location was good, in hotel zone on the beach and near the clubs. but besides that not much. the bathroom didn’t even come with a rug to put at the bottom so the floor was always wet. The shower stopped putting out hot water at some point. There were no amenities given which is crazy for the price. the body lotion they gave was SO BAD IT REEKED AND SMELLED. had to wash it off right away. YOU could hear everything. from the hallways to the next door rooms. the walls are literally made of paper. didn’t go all inclusive and am glad cause it wouldn’t be as worth it compared to other hotels. not bad if you just want a cheap convenient location tho. and staff was kind no issues there.

This was the most distressing hotel experience we have ever had. Although the property markets and prices itself as a five‑star establishment, the condition of the facilities and the overall service level are closer to that of a two‑star hotel. The premises were noticeably unclean and poorly maintained, and our rooms had a persistent smell of mold and sewage. The bathrooms had chipped tiles, stained walls, and unhygienic drains, and the provided toiletries were of such low quality that they were unusable. Despite five staff members being present at reception, check‑in took 45 minutes. Ongoing construction around the hotel, including by the pool and beach, made it impossible to find a quiet or relaxing area. The rooms were extremely basic and poorly sound‑insulated, with noise carrying clearly from both the hallway and neighboring rooms—even on the top floor. Over three days, we were moved to three different rooms. One night, we were placed directly above the boiler room, where maintenance began replacing the water heater at 1 a.m. The hammering, drilling, and dragging of metal pipes continued until 6 a.m., making sleep impossible. When we reported these issues, management initially denied that any disturbance had occurred and later refused to offer an apology or compensation. Staff throughout the property were dismissive and unprofessional. Expedia/Hotels.com should remove this property from their listings, as it does not meet the standards expected of their platform.

If I had to choose again, I would book a different hotel. The pricing was fair, and I understand you often get what you pay for, but the overall experience was disappointing. We arrived late the first night and went straight to bed because we were exhausted. The next morning, I noticed stains on the sheets and what appeared to be mold or fungus on three out of the four pillows. It was spread across the pillowcases and was extremely concerning from a health standpoint. And there was no hot water . I reported this immediately, and the hotel did upgrade us to an ocean-view room, which I appreciated. However, the issues continued. In both rooms: • There were no washcloths provided. • The lotion dispenser was empty. • In the upgraded room, I again noticed mold on a pillow the next morning.

Yes wonderful

Did not use airport shuttle. Everything was perfect except air conditioner in room made loud rumbling sound for 4 minutes each, then shut off and would return every 15 minutes keep us up most of the night. Please fix it. Other than that the hotel was clean, very central and with very attentive staffs. Breakfast was the best, lunch and dinner were average.
