정말아름다운 해변과 친절한 직원들 서비스에 감탄할것입니다. 다만 풀사이드바 부페가 조금 부실한것이흠이지만 해변만 처다보면 모두 잊게될것입니다. 가격대비 적극추천 드립니다.

금액도 적은 금액이 아니고 상품평도 좋은편이라 믿고 예약했는데 정말 그 호텔의 수준을 보고 경악을 금치 못하였음. 아무리 올인클루시브라지만 그정도 요금을 받고 거의 여인숙 수준정도의 룸시설이라니..냉장고 손잡이도 부서지고, 화장실엔 욕조도 없고 목욕가운과 슬리퍼도 없고..그건 약과.. 침대 스프링이 너무 안좋아 허리가 아프고, 가장 경악스러운건 이불이 너무 불결해보임..새로 들어갔는데 쓰던 이불을 정리만 해놓은거 같은 상태..이불속에 머리카락들이 보이고..또 방에서는 쾌쾌한 냄새가 어찌나 나던지..가지고간 향수로 도배를 해놓고 나올정도였음. 호텔 수영장 물관리 수준도 엉망.수영장내에 음식물이 떠다니고 기름이 둥둥뜨고 너무 지저분해서 절대 들어가지 않음.음식도 시간이 정해져있고 너무나도 단순한 음식수준이었음. 3박내내 한시라도 호텔 내에 있고싶지 않아 계속 밖에 있다가 들어감. 정말이지 생애 최악수준의 호텔이었음. 이런 호텔을 예약하여 불쾌하고 칸쿤 마지막 여행기억도 안좋게 만들게 되어 가족들에게 너무 미안하였음. 아무리 싼가격이라도 절대 가지 않겠음.

The staff are really nice, decent food for an all inclusive, clean rooms and the water pressure is great. Wish they have a slide in the pool for the kids. Would definitely go back!

Quarto maravilhoso. Restaurantes muito bons. Equipe de funcionários também, em especial na Recepção. Poderia ter uma piscina maior e mais opções de acomodações na praia.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. We paid a significant amount for the room and even more to upgrade to the all-inclusive package, expecting to be able to enjoy the hotel’s amenities during our stay. However, we quickly discovered that many of the facilities advertised were not actually available to guests. When we tried to book services such as massages or use certain facilities like the gym, we were told these were only accessible if you became a member. This wasn’t a normal hotel membership either — it required paying for a separate membership that lasts five years. This felt very misleading, as these amenities appear to be part of the hotel experience but are not actually available to regular guests. On top of this, the food and drinks included in the all-inclusive package were very disappointing and well below the standard we expected for the price we paid. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertising. We paid a premium expecting a relaxing, full-service stay, but instead felt that many things were restricted or not worth the cost. Future guests should be made aware of these limitations before booking.

La habitacion estaba bonita, el balcon twnia vista a la playa muy bonita tuvimos la oportubidad desde ahi mirar el amanecer, pero aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien

El personal es muy grosero, son discriminativos y muy mala atención al cliente me negaron las bebidas y eso que vengo en un plan todo incluido la verdad el peor hotel en el que me he hospedado

First of all I had booked a king size and they gave us 2 twins and a handicap room. So I went to the front desk and told them so they can change our room and the manager told us room 905 so we went up stairs and when we walked in there were towels all on the floor on the side of the bed and in the showers the soap and shampoo dripping down the wall and to top it off the bed had pubic hairs and also on the pillows. I went down stairs and called room service to clean the room. After that they treated us like we were nobody we would go to the restaurant and they would take care of all the Americans and us took them half of my meal to bring us a glass of water. That’ll be the last time I will book in the Sunset Royal.
