Lovely stay always book here everyone helpful and room is one of the best I've stayed in

A great stay The hotel is right on the sea front and 2 minutes walk to the town center and train station. All the stuff were very friendly and helpful. The reception and dining area is set out well and is very clean and spacious. The room was very clean and cleaned every day. The staff were not knocking your door at 9am to clean your room like in some places I've stayed. The shower room was a good size with a good amount of towels and clean. If you are going to Paignton and want to stay somewhere close to all the entertainment venues and beach this is the place for you.

The hotel was ideally situated and very clean. The only issue was staffing levels at breakfast time. No time to clean tables and replenish food/drinks

Lovely room . But by lift so it had noise all night and morning. Plus sea views but dirty window

Hotel was ok, but the

Convenient location. Nice breakfast. Negative comment the reception staff need to turn their frowns upside down. They need to go on a customer care course..

Arrived just after 3pm for check in to find a crowd in the foyer and most were being told that rooms were not ready. No timescale given so sat there for almost an hour before being told we were being given one of the rooms that was ready. Not even offered a drink whilst waiting.

I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with the service and conditions experienced during my stay at your hotel. Despite raising concerns during our visit, no action was taken to address the following unacceptable issues: • Air Conditioning and Room Comfort: The air conditioning and fan in our room were completely non-functional. The room had no windows that could be opened, resulting in unbearable heat—over 25°C—even in the evening. It was impossible to rest or sleep in such conditions. • Room Cleanliness: Our room had clearly not been cleaned, which added further to our discomfort and dissatisfaction. • Lack of Staff and Communication: Upon trying to get service at the bar, we waited 25 minutes before being told that staff should be starting soon. When we returned another 30 minutes later, there was still no one available. This was not a one-off occurrence—staff were notably absent throughout our stay. • No In-Room Phone: Our room lacked even a basic telephone. This is not only highly inconvenient but also a safety concern in the case of an emergency. I attempted to call reception multiple times from my mobile with no response, despite having call logs to prove my efforts. • Lack of Support: I was forced to come down to reception in person—while trying to get ready for bed—just to get any form of help. This is simply unacceptable and demonstrates a serious failure in customer service and hotel operations. Given these numerous issues, I am demanding

Great location across from the beach and with easy access to the town.

I requested an accessible room due to me using a small electric scooter. Even though I sat on it at reception on check in I was given an end room that had two doors to negotiate and on entry to the room it was a tight 90 degree turn with no room to turn the scooter around. It was virtually impossible and brought on bad anxiety on top of my sever COPD being made much worse because of this. I had booked in for 4 nights but left a day early as I couldn't face being there any longer!!! The one and only good point was a reception female called Victoria who was amazing. She was so lovely and friendly and carried my small case to and from my room happily. It's a shame she was the only good point about this hotel.

Room was lovely, what wasn't lovely was the fact we couldn't have dinner due to the amount of coach visitors, I had been up since 3:30 and just wanted to have dinner and go to bed

Good value . Modern . Comfortable. Only downside - having to pay £15 to park in their car park for one night .

We had to go to a funeral in the area so this was a relatively last minute booking for one night. The price was very competitive and although all we needed was a bed for the night we were pleased by this very new hotel.

We had the sea view and it was gorgeous and check in was nice a smooth.

Didn’t clean the room after two nights complained nothing done whatsoever

The location and service for this hotel were amazing. The room condition, bathroom etc, were clean and tidy. The only thing that was not appealing was the Breakfast. The choices were limited and not worth the value. The price paid for this breakfast was £15, but not satisfied.
