A very good hotel in a great location. All of the staff on reception were brilliant - responsive, kind and helpful. The room was very nice, everything one would need. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel in a great location for restaurants, Oxford St shopping and Hyde Park. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the breakfast selection was plentiful with freshly cooked eggs to order. But the cherry on the cake is the staff, Galina in particular really went out of her way to make our stay memorable. She's so helpful and cheerful, and asset to any establishment.

I liked the openness of the hotel and the furnishings. The extra tea/coffee and cold water tap are an excellent idea too.
I would like to mention that our room was adequate for one night but for 3 people it would have been too small for a longer stay with the sofa bed pulled out to accommodate the 3rd person.

We did not have a deluxe double room despite it was booked and confirmed moths ago and i notified them we would be late checking in. I have given the gotel chance to respond but honesty i dont think they care. The staff were good e

Number of issues, room did not reflect images on website, very small with no room to move around. air con not working and even after reporting it, never got a follow up call. Fridge not plugged in so took time to get to temp which due to weather, should have been on at arrival.

I just like the location. Other than that, I regret staying there. Washroom is dirty, dirty kitchen sink and under the sink, utensils not washed properly, and lots hair on floor/not mopped well and dusty. I should have taken photos as soon as I came in. The owner needs to talk to the cleaner or check after cleaning.

We were allowed to check in early and leave our bags with reception, which was very helpful. Similarly, that allowed us to leave our bags after check out. It made shopping so much easier.
Whilst it might have been nice to get a drink in the hotel bar after the event we went to, they don’t have this facility. Other than that it was a lovely stay. Would recommend going to a local shop before heading back to the hotel if another guest found themselves in the same position.
