On our first day, Andy went above and beyond to give us some great recommendations on things to do around Köln. The entire staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was great, location was GREAT! Will be staying here again on our next stay.

What a truly exceptional hotel! You can tell what pride the staff take in making their guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Francisco especially went out of his way to give recommendations and help with all aspects of my stay. Great location, an easy 5-minute walk to the main train station and cathedral (thanks to clear instructions provided by the hotel in advance). The rooms are cozy, very clean, and very comfortable. And the breakfast buffet is the best I had on my multi-city trip! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

All of the members of staff I interacted with we exceptionally friendly and kind, the breakfast in the mornings was varied and excellent all around, the room was well equipped and perfect for one person. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located to the main train station and key sights in the city. Can only highly recommend if you are going to be in Köln!

The hotel where everything is 5 star: hospitality, breakfast, room, and location. We really enjoyed our 2 night visit. The hotel is really small and therefore really quiet as well. The hosts really make you feel welcome and are so helpful. Our stay at Stern am Rathaus was the cherry on top of our Cologne visit!

I had a wonderful stay at this small boutique hotel. The staff were all wonderfully friendly and very helpful (even when I was completely clueless haha). This was my first solo international trip and they couldn’t have made me feel more at home in beautiful Köln. I sincerely look forward to my next stay at the Stern am Rathaus.
