Hotel ini terletak dengan strategik kerana berhampiran dengan stesen metro Sanjo dan Kyoto City Hall (dalam jarak 5-10 minit berjalan kaki). Terdapat banyak restoran hanya beberapa langkah dari hotel dan juga 7 Eleven hanya beberapa langkah di luar hotel. Hotel itu sendiri bersih dan tidak ada aduan mengenainya.

Staff were very friendly and all were able to communicate in English fluently. They also helped us ship our luggage to our next hotel destination (we used K-Rise luggage delivery service. They also offer "Yamato" which is also good company) Main shopping district is just couple minutes walk away and there is a 7ELEVEN right next to hotel :)

Clean room. Very central with a lot of bus and train stations, convenience stores, and restaurants close by. Staff was so helpful with any questions! I was able to forward my luggages to my next destination easily as well. I would stay here again!

We had the deluxe room with Tatami area for 3 adults. The room is spacious but it didn’t have a window which we are not used to. We were on the second floor so we woke up to the noise of people walking late at night. The hotel has a laundry room and is in a great location walking distance to restaurants and stores.

At first view the room presented clean. The walls are dusty, and the back of the door is stained will drink spillage. The bathroom floor is need a scrub as people have worn their shoes into the bathroom. The dryer in the laundry is a disaster and need to be replaced with something that actually dries the clothes in less than 2 hours it took me. It was very annoying not to be able to open the window to get some fresh air, the window was locked. The staff were courteous but not friendly or warm. The location is wonderful. It was blissfully quiet. Would l stay there again. Yes, l would, because of the last 2 reas

Basic rooms, very clean. Few amenities, and the rooms were uncomfortably hot during our stay at the end of November (we were not able to lower the heat or turn on AC). The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is in an excellent location, near a subway station.

Noisey. The TV doesn't has streaming applications. Your hotel is not big compared to other big hotels with smart TV for streaming like Youtube, thus, you should invest in replacing your old TVs with smart TV. Plus, you have no electric kettle and tea bags as an amenities. These are inexpensive to invest with your hotel size. All the other hotels have electric kettles.

The hotel was well located for 3 underground stations, lots of shopping and food and entertainment in the area within walking distance. Hotel was good value given the location. Not a five star by any means but can’t fault it. No obvious catering on site, but lots of eateries, and 2 conbinis in very close proximity. A communal area in the foyer with tables. Tax to the station cost about ¥2600 which is about £13.00. Really not bad for the comfort, having walked the route and found it hard with suitcases.
