값이 비싸고 유명한 호텔은 그 값을 합니다. 넓고 편안한 객실 도쿄 타워가 보이는 뷰좋은 객실이 한 몫 하구요 도쿄역에 붙어 있어서 편안한 점도 있습니다

Great Hotel. A little quiet and conservative but the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Great views. Right by Tokyo Train Station which has lots of restaurants and shops and convenient transportation and walking distance to Ginza Crossing, Ginza Station and Tokyo Plaza. I love it.

Service was excellent. Checked in at club lounge and everything done from there afterwards. They remember your names from day 1. Food in lounge excellent also and location of hotel perfect for Tokyo station

We booked this for the final leg of our trip through Japan. The hotel is nice. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. The staff is polite but a few things kept it from being a 5 star experience for us: a few times we tried calling reception for assistance and no one answered, the bar was closed when we tried to get a drink after dinner though it was not yet 11pm, then the next time we tried to get into the lounge, we were told it would be an hour wait but saw empty seats at the bar that entire time. The on-site restaurant is hideously overpriced. It’s Tokyo, you can get amazing meals at every price point so the Nadaman restaurant is not recommended in terms of quality to price ratio.

This is such a convenient hotel to stay at since it is right next to Tokyo Station. You are able to take a train straight to Narita Airport. The hotel is a bit pricy but because it’s a fancy hotel with great staff who go out of their way. The rooms themselves are also great and the view on either side is also wonderful. If you are on the garden view side, the only negative thing I can think of is that you will hear the train but it’s nothing you can’t ignore since it’s not too loud. I haven’t tried their food but I can imagine it is great as well. I will have to try next time

The hotel has visibly aged, gym and spa facilities are very small for today’s standards, staff is friendly but not proactive.

really nice location and great service

Third time staying at the Shangri-La Tokyo. The location is very convenient, the hotel is beautiful and calming. It even smells very nice. Service is professional and friendly. Save room for breakfast!

Fabulous service. The breakfast team and the Lunch team were fabulous. Especially enjoyed the Omikase dinner.

Great central location in Tokyo. The staff were always professional and friendly. They were always happy to help- from taking care of my luggage to hailing a taxi, to making sure my room was always made up and clean, they took excellent care of me during my stay.

It's a beautiful hotel conveniently located next to Tokyo Station. Staff was attentive and friendly and cleanliness and service was top notch. Things that were not the greatest - charged a 2000 yen cover charge each for me and my husband (our two kids were not charged) for the live music in the Lobby Lounge even though the music didn't start until one hour after our dinner - which is right when we were leaving/ wrapping up. We paid extra for the Horizons Lounge - and while lovely and great service, the price did not commensurate with what was provided. When we reserved our room it stated that it slept four (we had stated that we had two adults, two kids) but when we arrived they only had one king - no "day bed" as listed and said that they were short of extra beds. After a little shuffling the moved us to a room with two beds but still tight...

Perfect stay

Our stay at the Shangri La was amazing. The level of service of both the concierge to housekeeping was excellent. Probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at.
