ホテルのスタッフの方々が皆さんどなたもとても感じが良く、お部屋も広く、清潔でした。 空調もちょうど良く、朝食もおかゆや果物などバラエティーに富んでいて美味しかったです。 ベッドはちょうど良い硬さでした。 旧市街のすぐ近くなので歩いてでかけることができましたし、ハロン湾ツアーもホテルまで迎えにきてくれました。 Wi-Fiも完備されていました。 空港の行き帰りもフライトに合わせて送迎頂き（7人乗り35USD）初めてのベトナムでしたが、安心して行けました。 スタッフさん達の笑顔や声かけが本当に爽やかで幸せな気分になりました。ありがとうございました😊

Lokasi bandar lama adalah mudah untuk berjalan ke Tasik Hoan Kiem, di sekitar banyak restoran dan kafe dengan harga yang berpatutan, kakitangan penyambut tetamu dan kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat gembira, bersemangat, sopan, dan sentiasa tersenyum Dengan pelanggan, bilik keluarga adalah luas seperti yang diiklankan, sarapan pagi tidak terlalu banyak hidangan tetapi lengkap, phonya lazat, secara keseluruhan saya menilai hotel 10/10, jika saya mempunyai peluang untuk kembali ke Hanoi saya akan kembali ke hotel ini.

Kami pergi bercuti bersama keluarga, lokasi hotel betul-betul di bandar lama. perjalanan yang mudah Bilik keluarga adalah sangat luas. Tetapi bilik deluxe double agak kecil. Kakitangan yang mesra sangat bersemangat.

From the very beginning, this hotel was a big fail. Weeks before arrival, I confirmed in an email with the hotel's sales manager that the room would have two beds. Upon arrival, we had to wait for housekeeping staff to separate the bed into two and make them up. "Executive city view" is a joke. The room overlooks the back a bunch of old apartments. Only in the distance can you see two high rise buildings. There was a disturbing black "something" on the shower curtain. Spa personnel were very unfriendly and we went elsewhere. There is not enough seating for breakfast in the dining area. This happened both mornings. I sent a message to the sales manager via Expedia (how we corresponded previously) and received no response. There are many other places to stay in Hanoi. Skip this one.

Kind staff, great location, however things are a little run down. Breakfast buffet wasn’t nice either, better off going out. They offered lots of services as well, but were all priced at double what you could get outside of the hotel. We booked a King bed, but found it was just 2 x double beds put together, so had that ridge in the middle of the bed. Didn’t matter overall, though, as the bed was so huge

Sorry this place is really dirty, noisy, and old. It’s not what you see on pictures. They also gave my room away and offer me something else saying “ upgrade “ but it’s not! Staff was nice but other than that I would not recommend this place to anyone or can you even call it a 4 star rating! 👎

Die Unterkunft ist in der Innenstadt, nur 5 Minuten vom See entfernt. Der Service ist gut. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung, wenn auch nicht alles immer ganz frisch ist. Die Zimmer sind etwas heruntergekommen, aber nicht schäbig. Im Bad war jedoch eine Schabe. Im großen und ganzen war es für einen kurz Trip nach Hanoi ausreichend.

We stayed 10 nights and Jacosmo was a great choice. The staff and service were wonderful, great buffet breakfast, and location was much better than expected. We loved the spaciousness of our Balcony Jacuzzi Suite, was exactly as pictured. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Great value!!

I was told that something went wrong with the room we had initially booked, so they had to give us a tiny room instead. But the manager had compensated us with 2 free massages. So no complaints’

We stayed 10 nights and Jacosmo was a great choice. The staff and service were wonderful, great buffet breakfast, and location was much better than expected. We loved the spaciousness of our Balcony Jacuzzi Suite, was exactly as pictured. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Great value!!
