โรงแรมปานามา

Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel Panama. Das Zimmer war alt und wirkte stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Wände, Teppiche und Gardinen waren teilweise abgerissen, was einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck machte. Man merkt, dass das Ensemble früher einmal elegant gewesen sein muss, aber leider wurde es völlig vernachlässigt. Für den Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet.

The staff were nowhere to be seen at any point during my stay. There was no concierge service, no reception, no one to ask about anything or raise concerns with. If I’d known this I wouldn’t have booked this hotel! The room was only cleaned once, not daily. The aircon was on full blast with no controls and no way to turn it off and the hair drier didn’t work.

que dire, l hotel pourrais etre tellement bien mais il y a du boulot, le bâtiment est bien mais des travaux sont a prévoir : armoire qui ne tiennent pas, prises defectueuses, portes qui ferment mal et difficile a ouvrir, climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas ou tres mail, wifi idem...Au fond de la cour c'est un amoncellement de dechets...La salle des petits déjeuner est laissée à l abandon. Petit déjeuner qui est supposé etre inclus dans notre réservation (d ou le choix de cet hotel) et qu'il est proposé au comptoir de la reception a 10 € mais oh surprise, il n'est pas possible de le prendre à lhotel. a fait des dépenses non prévvues en plus (5personnes x 5 nuits...) La reception: personne, les cles sont laissées dans des enveloppes sur le comptoir, servez-vous, ring the bell if you need mais pas de cloche, de toute facon il n'y a quasiment jamais personne. Un numéro de telephone, oui mais on tombe sur un hotel a Rome, hotel de la meme chaine... bref, un hotel à éviter le temps de tous les travaux soient réalisés mais le seront-ils ?

Não tinha recepcionista, nem na entrada e nem na saída, não tinha internet no quarto, apenas na recepção, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando.

Booked for six nights and only stayed for one. There was no Wi-Fi in the property or air conditioning. There was also a poor level of safety with the main doors being left unlocked all night as well as the safe not working. While in the room there was an overpowering smell of damp and after being moved rooms there was still damp. Both rooms contained damp growing on the interior walls. No staff were present for the majority of the time and when they were present there was nothing they could do. Keys were left in a basket at reception for anyone to be able to access. Paid for breakfast however, there was no facilities available. No refund was giving when requested and one of the other guests had to go purchase food for breakfast. The phone number that was left for emergencies would never get answered meaning if something had happened then no one would have been able to do anything. This hotel was an absolute joke.

Llegamos y no nos dejaron pagar con tarjeta cuando ponía que si que las aceptaban. El baño estaba sucio y la habitación era muy pequeña. Encontramos pelos en la ducha. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba tampoco. Bajamos a recepción a preguntar y nos dijeron que lo pusiéramos a 30 grados que era suficiente para enfriar. Llegamos a las 9 de la noche y no había nadie en recepción (el check in era hasta las 23h). Subimos a la habitación y habiendo dejado el aire puesto aún hacía más calor que al medio día (más de 30 grados dentro de la habitación). Tuvimos que llamar a un teléfono y nos dijeron que el aire no funcionaba pero que ellos no podían hacer nada para solucionarlo.. que enviáramos un email. Es una estafa de sitio. No se cómo puede tener 3 estrellas..

Very awful, no staff no air conditioner no water, it is in summer and we have to sleep under 34 degree The bed is full of bugs and I saw some rats More importantly, many strangers knocked your door at mid night and ask you for money. You will sleep more comfortable and safe even on the sleep

Don't stsy there!!! This was a horrible stay. We had an international flight and found out that the air conditioner didn't work and we found out the next day from staff that they have not been working for a while. Our room wasn't the only one. I was eaten up by mosquitos becaise we jad to sleep with our windows open. We had no water pressure in the morning and staff helped me to wash out my hair in other areas of the building. Staff at tge front drsk front desk is non existing but there is a phone number in case of an emergency. I called that number during the night and the person told me he would come in 10 min to liik at the air conditioner. When I called back 30 minutes later he said that this is the hotel in Rome. I had to use my xell phone to call be because the phone in our room had no cord tp ne plugged in. Many people left early leaving notes at the front desk that they had no water and aircondirioner. One of the workers quit thay day...said it was a horrible place to work, wasn't getting paid at times. I'm not surprised.

Dice que hay recepción las 24 horas y nunca se presentó, delo las llaves y decía que habláramos si teníamos dudas, otro huésped nos ayudó a hablar y cada quien agarraba la habitación que quisiera, incluso estaban llaves de habitaciones ya ocupadas y personas que muy noche no tenían habitación, malísimo servicio

Planned two day stay in Florence at the end of vacation, 2 rooms. Had a horrible experience here, and ultimately had to book new rooms at a different hotel. Many issues but the main ones were: 1. AC was not working in either room, and appeared to have been out of order for some time. 2. Room one smelled of mold and heavily of chemicals. 3. Room two had now working lights, except for two nightstand lights. Many light switches, none functioning og of mysterious purpose. 4. Contrary to information provided on hotels.com, there is no manned reception. We did not get any email, and there was no information posted int he lobby about this either. After wasting time in 38c degree heat, we discovered that it's self check in, with keys lying loose on the front desk. 5. We did not stay for breakfast, since we booked alternate accommodations. The breakfast area was dirty, and used plates, glassware and cutlery was stacked inside at 15.00 (3pm). 6. Toilet seat missing in one of the rooms, and stained towels where lying on the bed.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits à l’hôtel Panama et l’expérience a été extrêmement décevante. La chambre était sale, avec des traces de moisissure et des toiles d’araignées, rien à voir avec les photos vues lors de la réservation. L’un des critères principaux pour lesquels j’avais choisi cet hôtel était la climatisation, indispensable en période de forte chaleur. Malheureusement, elle ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Nous avons été obligés d’ouvrir la fenêtre, ce qui nous a exposés aux moustiques toute la nuit, rendant notre séjour très inconfortable. Autre point problématique : à notre arrivée, la réception était totalement déserte, alors que le message d’accueil précisait qu’elle était ouverte jusqu’à 23h. J’ai dû appeler quelqu’un à distance pour obtenir de l’aide, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement qui annonce un service 24/24. Enfin, nous avons payé pour une chambre d’hôtel censée offrir un minimum de confort, pas pour vivre une expérience digne d’une auberge sans service. J’ai tenté de laisser un message qui est toujours à ce jour resté sans réponse. En résumé, une très mauvaise expérience qui ne correspond en rien à ce qui est présenté sur le site. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

This hotel is awful and not as advertised. It does not have: - Air conditioning - 24/7 reception - Bar - Room service It also fails to meet the basic requirements of a hotel that shouldn’t need to even be advertised: - there is no toilet seat on our toilet - the room is dirty - some lights don’t work - power outlets are faulty and coming off the wall, which is not safe - the safe is not attached to anything so if someone did break in they could just take the whole thing - furniture is broken in the room - there is no manager on sight and they don’t answer their phone Do not stay here!!!

The AC definitely was not working. It felt like it was 100 degrees in the room it was suffocating. That in itself made the stay very uncomfortable for us.

Alors en premier le positif, très bien situé, les chambres sont grandes et le personnel sympathique. Voilà c’est fait, pour le reste, la climatisation fonctionne mal, la baignoire est bouchée, la cuvette des toilettes cassée. Le petit déjeuner est correct. J’ai passé 2 nuits horribles avec une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Their website clearly mentions that the rooms have air conditioning, but when I arrived, there was none. I called the main office to ask about it, and they told me the hotel does not have AC, even though it was 80 degrees outside. I was left miserably hot and uncomfortable the entire time. On top of that, the room had no fridge, so I could not keep any drinks or food cold. The room itself was small, old, and worn down. It did not match what was advertised online, and I would not stay here again.

Dette er hotel ganske enkelt for dårligt i forhold til prisen. Værelset havde en okay størrelse, men helt bart indrettet, en lille altan var en formildende omstændighed, men badeværelset var så småt (næppe meget over en meter i bredden) at man dårligt kunne stå og tørre sig efter et bad. Hotellet meddeler, at receptionen er åben til kl 23, men den lukkede reelt hver dag kl 16 - efter kl 16 var der ikke en eneste ansat på hotellet. Vi måtte hjælpe nyankomne gæster med information. Morgenmaden var helt simpel med dårligt brød - vi havde ikke bestilt glutenfrit brød til min mand på forhånd, så den første dag havde de ingenting. Da vi så bestilte det, var der glutenfrit brød de næste to dage, men den sidste dag havde de 'glemt' det. Det mest positive ved hotellet var beliggenheden - det ligger i et stille område, tæt på et sporvognsstoppested, så man kan komme til Firenze centrum på få minutter.

Ficamos 2 diárias no hotel, porém não indico para ninguém. Chegamos para efetuar o check-in após as 20, boa tinha ninguém na recepção, encontramos apenas um envelope com o nosso nome na recepção a chave do quarto e instruções para efetuar o check-in, pediram para enviar a foto do passaporte por e-mail e deixar a taxa que municipal que é paga em dinheiro dentro do envelope no quarto. O quarto era muro velho, tinha um cheiro muito forte de mofo, tomadas caindo aos pedaços, banheiro com vazamento, papel de parede caindo, quarto com indícios de infiltrações, passa uma tubulação pela parede onde faz um barulho grande no quarto, tudo horrível, nada do que mostrava nas fotos. Eu entrei em contato com a Hotéis.com, porém não puderam fazer muito, entraram em contato com o hotel, porém disque o gerente só chegava às 09 da manhã do outro dia e que tentaria resolver. No dia seguinte saímos bem cedo do hotel para conhecer a Pisa e depois conhecer a cidade, retornamos no final da tarde após as 18 horas não tinha ninguém na recepção para variar, no outro dia saímos cedo do hotel, não tinha ninguém para fazer o check-out, deixamos o envelope na recepção com as chaves do quarto e o dinheiro da taxa municipal. Resumindo tudo, ficamos dois dias no hotel não vimos nenhum funcionário, hotel pouco seguro também.

Contrairement aux avis lus, nous avons eus une belle chambre, propre, sans aucun signe de saleté ou autre. Le seul point négatif : quand le ménage a été fait, la porte n'a pas été fermée. Mais sinon, le personnel très sympathique, accueillant! La proximité de l'hôtel avec la gare (20 min à pied), et la Cathédrale de Florence (20-25 min à pied) est un grand plus et épargne les transports ! Nous n'avons pas pris l'option petit-déjeuner, car nous avons préféré tester les cafés sur Florence.
