Wonderful stays

出入要經過一條斜坡，不駕車很不方便。行李多或購物不是太好選擇

There is a slope next to the hotel, if you’re traveling with elder people or small children, it might be little inconvenient

Too old too dusty

Great service at entry. Quick check in. All staff were accomodating. Not overbearing as well. Room was excellent and clean , the views are incredible and overall cannot fault the experience. Highly recommend the suite upgrade

From the moment i opened the door to our room ,i could feel and smell the freshness, the bathroom was spotless the towels where very soft and the bed sheets where so crisp and clean, it was a pleasure to experience my short time away

Beautiful property, clean room, received upgrade when arrived and allowed early check-in. Staff, helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Clean, pristine and maintained, and a very comfortable bed. Delicious and plentiful buffet breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff without being overbearing. Great bar on the top floor overlooking the Sydney Opera House and Harbor Bridge. Definitely recommend!

I feel the hotel is overpriced for the level of service you receive. We stayed in a room that had club access. In the night there were young children running around I feel young toddler children shouldn’t be allowed in the club room. We also went to the club room for breakfast and all tables that weren’t already taken had dirty plates on them. I had to go ask a staff member if they’re able to clean the table so we could sit down. I feel they were very short staffed. The rooms were very clean and lovely though. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again. Or recommend for over $400 per night! I expected better service.

Great view of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House from the Horizon Club Lounge on the 30th floor Staff very attentive and helpful (thank you, great service) Surprised about the security deposit (150 Australian dollars per night) which had to be paid upfront (don't recall this was mentioned at time of booking). On positive note, refunded within 48 hours of leaving Depending on which way walking, steep climb (didn't stop us having a fantastic time in Sydney)

Despite the fact that I was nowhere near as well dressed and presented as the other guests, I was still made to fill welcome.

Room is spacious and comfortable. The stay was a good one. Breakfast was average.

Shangri La Horizon Club rooms were sensational and staff were all brilliant , will go back ASAP. Could not fault the staff and amenities. Best hotel in Sydney

Was in Club Horizon suite..could not fault in any way..just perfect..beautiful view,cleanliness perfect,staff helpful,food and drinks Club excellent..would definately stay again.
