Wonderful stays

出入要經過一條斜坡，不駕車很不方便。行李多或購物不是太好選擇

There is a slope next to the hotel, if you’re traveling with elder people or small children, it might be little inconvenient

Staff were extremely nice and friendly, lovely service, even got a call after an hour of check in to see if we were happy with our room. Oh and the views were to die for. Very happy

Rooms are nice, breakfast 7 out of 10 Stayed in a room with lounge access. Food in the lounge was the same every day, so a bit boring after a while… Was trying to book a table for Saturday 7:30 in the morning for breakfast at the lounge, with a guest. Was told by the lady in the lounge reception that it is not possible to bring a guest on Saturday, since they are too busy on that day. Went down and told this to the guest relations person, a nice lady name Lo. She said it is unacceptable, and she took care of it. I was able to to to the lounge on Saturday morning, it was NOT busy at all, until around 9:00 I have been to a few Shangri La lounges around the world; this one is a bit disappointing, especially when it comes to drinks. I do not drink alcohol, so the other option is just sodas, but I do not drink sodas either. They should have some juice, and fresh one, at least like they have in breakfast. Housekeeping and rooms were perfect. Overall, nice hotel, GREAT view on the city, but they need to improve the lounge. Checking out; you supposed to give the client to check the bill, before you charge their credit card. It did not happen; I was charged and only then was issued a print to take and to have a look. Most staff were very friendly.

Mixed experience. Room was immaculate. Bed very comfortable. Had an incident whereby staff called my room and then knocked on my door at 1:15 am. Apparently they thought I had checked out. I gave the hotel an opportunity to explain the disruption so I asked the next morning at the front desk why I had been woken up so early in the morning. (Needless to say I had a terrible sleep that night.) Staff said they would look into it and get back to me. Haven’t heard anything. Very disappointing.

Couldn't use dining both days we needed because of private parties. Room wasn't ready at 5pm when we checked in. Food was horrible. Definitely not normal Shang-gra-la qualify.

The room was clean 100% every day. The staff was great specially the Concierges who are always helpfull and with best attitude, special thanks to Colin. Breakfast buffet really good and all the staff with great attitude. Is the best hotel in Sydney by far and with the best location to access the Rocks and the Restaurant area. Also the access to cross the Bridge is 50 meters from the hotel.

Great location, room spacious and clean, outstanding view of the harbor bridge and opera house from the bar area, very pleasant stay.

A marvelous stay as usual. Service and food was very good but it is still an expensive stay.

The staff was so nice and helpful. In particular, Peter was so so nice. He remembered my name, asked me about my day, and was excited to see my photos. He made the stay so very nice and is an incredible ambassador for the brand. The opera house view room was gorgeous, too.
