It’s too noisy outside the room

I stay in room 260. So noisy all night with party music. Could not sleep at all. I have originally booked another stay on may 10 night. Considering to move to another hotel

Guildford is a quiet small town. My stay is to visit relatives and was about a week in the same hotel. It is situated near edge of the city centre with an easy walk to reach. On the first day of my arrival, it was about midnight. The greeting staff who was in full of hospitality arranged the staying process. We expressed that due to the late arrival and no dinner at all, the staff immediately oet a pizza for us although the chef has already gone off. Throughout the week, we experienced a quiet and present environment as well as the marvelous food prepared by the chef at dinner. A present experience of the said hotel.

We stayed in a recently refurshished room which was very nice with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The breakfast was really nice and the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere.

The Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Restaurant’s served delicious food. My room was perfectly cleaned every day. If in the Guildford/London area visiting I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The ameneties were all that I hoped they would be when booking the stay (Sauna/Gym/Pool/Jacuzzi). I was notified of any additional chargers well before hand and in a clear and concise manner. The food was of a very good quality and in large enough portions. I cannot speak to the Bar, as I rarely drink.

Really helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great location, upgraded rooms were good, lovely bar and outdoor terrace and we enjoyed an hour in the spa (N.B. not obvious when I booked the hotel but this is £10 extra per person for an hour and must be booked). Breakfast was good, only minor issue were the undercooked boiled eggs but there was plenty of other choice.

Always a clean room, with a good selection of coffees and teas, with a nice welcome touch as well. Thanks We were given complimentary parking, but unfortunately there was no parking spaces, so we has to use Glive car park, which of course charged us.

I was only here a night but it was great. The person at check-in (David) was really friendly. I didn't use any of the facilities, as I was attending a party but ... oh, the bed - probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel. I liked that there were black out curtains as well. There was noise from outside, but only to be expected form a town centre hotel I always take ear plugs)

Staff were mostly very friendly and efficient Good choice of breakfast items.

We stayed at the hotel last night and had a great experience. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in the spa today and David at the front desk. We had a small problem with our first room, but David was amazing and sorted everything out quickly by moving us to another room with no hassle at all. His customer service really made a difference to our stay. Overall, we had a lovely visit and would definitely stay again!

Another lovely stay at the Harbour Hotel, loved the newly refurbished room. Genny, front of house was wonderful and accomodating, thank you.

The hotel and our room were very clean, nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The SPA was also very good. The environment was clean and welcoming, and the staff there also friendly, helpful and professional.

Great location, lovely refurbished room and really comfy bed, bar area is cosy and a good environment to chill with a cocktail, spa area looks very relaxing, although we didnt get to use it this time we will definitely be back to use it next time, everything was up to date and modern. Look forward to visiting again soon.

From arrival to departure everything was perfect. Reception were great, checkin was smooth, we parked in the hotel multi storey, the rooms were lovely and comfortable especially the bed. We had a delicious breakfast. Will definitely use again.

We arrived for a 3 oclock checkin and the room wasnt ready. There was no forewarning and we were told come back in an hour and mayb e it might be ready then!! We had to leave our luggage, coulddnt get changed into clothing for going out, and randomly kill an hour in Guildford! Ruined the experience

I think it’s mean to charge £10 for a quick swim ( which is what most people want) in the morning. On top of £177 which I paid for the room. The beer was meant to be Fullers Pride It was £7 per pint and was so gassy, my colleague and I couldn’t drink it. THAT is not how London Pride is served. I have stayed twice and will be looking for better value elsewhere
