Overall, the stay in this hotel can only be described as truly amazing. The staff are very helpful and extremely kind.Nothing is too much trouble. It was my birthday and I was met in the room with complimentary chocolates and drinks and a cake was brought up in the morning from my husband the staff sorted this for him.Thank you. The only one drawback was the swimming pool, it was overcrowded and a man and his son was throwing a ball.I got hit twice once in the face. I did report this to the reception staff who were very apologetic. The pool needs somebody to monitor it occasionally.Look round, nobody was monitoring the pool.It was overcrowded and quite high risk. The breakfast, the food absolutely outstanding, especially accommodating my diet requirements. A big thank you! May come back again at christmas.Want to come back to this hotel and would always recommend.

整體來講都滿意，最不好是廁所🚽與洗手及浴室是分開的；上廁後如果同房正在使用浴室的話，就不能洗手了。

寵物入住和停車場要額外收費稍貴，本來電郵查詢，說會給我小狗用的碗及小食，結果check in 什麼也沒有，其他酒店通常小朋友會給小朋友小禮物或毛公仔，但這裏也沒有。

Our stay was comfortable overall. However, I was disappointed that there was nothing the hotel could do about the lack of a fridge in our Executive Room. We paid extra to upgrade, so we expected this basic amenity to be included. Unfortunately, we had no fridge for the entire stay, which meant we couldn’t keep our drinks cold—especially inconvenient given the warm weather. This was quite disappointing and took away from what would otherwise have been a pleasant stay.

The overall stay was alright. But the major caveat is the AC in our both rooms were not working. Highly suspect that the hotel didn't turn on the central AC at all. It's really uncomfortable

The room had no air con in a heatwave, usb ports didn’t charge overnight, duck tap around light fixtures, bathroom tired and slippy, especially for kids. The staff were on mobile phones at reception and not helpful when reporting air con, took 3 attempts. We had 2 towels for a family of 4. And 1 carton of water on the first night. Swimming pool needs booked and you are only allowed 30 mins. No robes provided, was told we can buy for £20. We wouldn’t consider staying again.

This hotel was in a great location for walking to all of the central sights in York. It also had lovely and helpful staff. A great family room, clean and also provided with tea/coffee and water. We liked the fact that the room had a fridge. The swimming pool was nice and clean. The children's play area was a nice touch and the bar area was very stylish. Overall a really great stay and we will definitely return to this hotel again.

Was very disappointed with our room, air conditioning wasn't working, I asked staff 3 times to get it sorted, they ended up giving us a fan. I did ask to be moved to another room but they said they were fully booked. The kitchen staff and cleaning staff were very good, reception didn't give 100%
I don't think I would stop there again, the hotel needs a bit of a spuce.

Great and handy location for our family, 10/15 min walk to The Shambles. Room was a great size. Pool and sauna was a big hit to. Hotel and room were clean and staff friendly and accommodating. Vey handy having car parking facilities on site (charges apply).

The hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable. However, the staff were not particularly friendly. The reception staff seemed uninterested, and the service at breakfast was also quite unfriendly. A warm welcome and a more positive attitude from the staff would have made the stay much more enjoyable. Overall, the cleanliness was good, but the customer service was disappointing.
