A hotel contained in a typical Quebec City old building. As the price is not high, you will get what you expect from this price. The hotel is situated in the old town. The things that I don't like is there are no reception at the hotel and you have to walk to the sister hotel across the street for check in. There is no indication for that and I have waited at the door for awhile of how to get into the hotel.

飯店乾淨整齊，早餐豐盛、用餐地點很好，會推薦給要來魁北克市的人參考~但有發現其實整個魁北克市有非常多的旅店~^^~大家可多做參考比較!我住了兩晚沒任任何不適之處!

Great location! Easy to visit most attractions by walking. Big room, comfortable mattress, very quite at night. Warm reception. We all enjoy staying in this hotel, and will choice hotel again next time.

Habitación hermosa, todo muy limpio camadas comodas, super cerca de lo turistico, todo a pie, excelente servicio.

Our one night stay was worth it, the location is accessible to the tourist spots. The welcome gift was not expected as I only asked for notes, but very much appreciated. Thank you!

Yes it close to downtown

The room is large and clean cause i booked 2 bedroom. It is near a park and near most of famous place kn Quebec city. I really love breakfast in hotel. The first time i had breakfast buffet delicious like that

Très bien situé pour visiter et vivre le Vieux Québec. A distance de marche de tout pour une expérience totale. Côté stationnement, simplement prévoir descendre vos bagages à l’hôtel pour ensuite aller stationner votre voiture à un stationnement sous-terrain à environ 600 mètres payable selon le temps d’utilisation et à un maximum par jour de 25.00$. Lit, literie et oreillers très confortables. Cafetière et petit frigo à la chambre. Nous recommandons 🙂

Pas de stationnement. Et je n'ai vu aucun personnel. Ils organisent votre arrivée et vous avez vos accès. J'ai vraiment aimé mon séjour. Calme propre .Une belle literie.

room was clean, the procedure to check in without receptionist was very clear and everything worked well

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this hotel regarding parking. I specifically chose and booked this hotel through Expedia because it clearly stated that parking was available. As a traveler with a rental car, parking was an important factor in my decision. However, upon arrival and check-in, I was informed that the hotel does not actually have its own parking facility and instead directed me to a public parking lot. This was already misleading and frustrating, as the information provided on Expedia gave the impression that parking would be conveniently available on-site or at least directly affiliated with the hotel. What made the situation even worse was what happened next. The public parking lot I was directed to was not only located a noticeable distance away from the hotel, but when I arrived there, it was CLOSED. After a long day of travel, having to deal with finding alternative parking late at night in an unfamiliar area was extremely stressful and inconvenient. The room itself was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated, but unfortunately it did not make up for the inconvenience caused by the parking issue. This experience felt very unprofessional and poorly managed. If the hotel does not provide its own parking, this should be clearly and accurately stated in the booking information. Guests should not be misled into thinking parking is readily available when it is not. Overall, this caused unnecessary stress and significantly impact
