호텔 에르미타지

퀘벡 구시가지에 위치해 편리했지만 공용주차장 이용이 불편했고 욕조에 물이 안빠져 몹시 불편했습니다. 침구는 깨끗하고 편안했습니다.

다시는 잊지 못할 로멘틱 할러데이를 주셔서 감사합니다. 너무나 포근했고, 따뜻했던 호텔입니다. 다시는 못갈것 같아요. 너무 행복했던 기억만 남아있거든요. 다만 언덕에 위치하고있어서 오르막이 힘들긴했지만, 바람이 너무 강해서 문열기가 힘들었지만, 전부 다 만족입니다. 감사합니다!

호텔 자체가 넘 예뻤습니다. 워낙에 퀘백이라는 도시가 프랑스풍의 예쁜 곳이기도 하지만 음식을 해 먹을 수 있게 부엌도 있고, 화장실도 깨끗하고 침대도 편안했습니다. 다음에 또 간다면 또 머무를 계획이에요~~

좋은 위치, 잘 관리된 호텔, 색다른 형태의 객실 아주 만족했습니다. Very good!

Nice room and clean

The images on the website did not reflect the property accurately. The room was advertised as having two queen beds, but there was only one. Towels had holes in them and the bathtub was very small. The room was clean and the staff clearly work hard, but the property feels under-invested and closer to a youth hostel standard. The location was good for us, but overall we were disappointed and felt misled. The hotel was unwilling to acknowledge the discrepancies or offer an alternative room.

Nous étions de passage à Québec pour la Marché de Noël. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait. +- 9 minutes de marche de tout. Il n'y a pas de stationnement à l'hôtel mais un interieur à moins de 7 minutes de marche. J'étais un peu inquiète d'après certains commentaires sur mon choix d'hôtel mais finalement zéro déçue ! L'accès à l'hôtel se fait via un code remis à l'avance. La chambre étais propre et confortable. Petite mais fonctionnelle. Tout ce donc nous avons besoins : lit, salle de bain, frigo, séchoir.. Si vous souhaitez une chambre de luxe et un établissement avec full commodités ce n'est là que vous devez aller. Parcontre si vous voulez un endroit qui n'est pas dispendieux pour le secteur vous serez satisfait.

Emplacement extraordinaire à quelques pas du Capitole de Québec pour voir un spectacle et plusieurs options de restaurants.

Nous avions la chambre 350. Bien que rustique, nous avons apprécié le cachet de la chambre ai su que le petit salon attenant.

We came to Quebec City for the German Christmas Market. This is a busy time, and although this hotel would not have been our first choice, it was in our price range and available. Overall, we were more than satisfied. This is a budget friendly, basic hotel right in Old Quebec, steps from the major points of attraction. Communication prior to arrival was clear, concise, with little delay. Our rooms were very clean, comfortable and despite being advised there would not be housekeeping during our short stay, they still cleaned our rooms each day. We had a problem with one of the coffee makers in one room: it was replaced same day. All hotel staff encountered were helpful, professional and pleasant. We did not expect, for the price, luxury and we didn't get it. For the price, we got what we expected: restrained but clean, comfortable rooms very close to what we wanted to see during our stay. We would stay here again and we do recommend it. Note #1: this is a sister hotel to, among others, the nearby Acadia. It was made clear to us that in a pinch, we could seek help for issues there, if needed. Note #2: the hotel is older and aspects could be improved/repaired. Our sense is that current labor shortages & reduced tourist environment will make any sprucing up an immediate and understandable challenge.

Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits et nous avons quitté après seulement 1! La chambre était désuète, la salle de bain mal propre, le lit inconfortable, les draps tout plein de mousse et de cheveux ne nous appartenant pas ! Les commodités de la chambre et de l'hôtel étaient inexistantes. Mise à part l'emplacement au coeur du vieux Québec cet hôtel n'avait rien de positif pour nous.

We enjoyed the location. Our room was delightful although it was cold and we could hear everyone above us. But that had a certain charm to it. Beds were very comfortable.

Very nice, spacious room! Perfect location, excellent staff. Small fridge and microwave provided. Would have been great if they provided some better seating options - really just beds and a desk.

Plus: Quiet, clean, reasonably priced, near everything one wants to visit and enjoy. Minus: We chose this hotel because of the welcoming photos. Our room did not resemble any of the photos presented. We were in cramped quarters (difficult to go around bed), was very warm (also a plus when coming in from cold), only one chair for two people. No bath (as most photos showed), nowhere to hold soap and such in shower. All in all, it was a pleasant stay at the hotel though false representation in pictures of rooms.

Habitación impecable. Ubicación espectacular. Camas cómodas. Ningún contratiempo.
