Car parking is a issue

Hot tub is replaced by a “deck”.Instead of being fixed or replaced on a cold frigid winter day like yesterday and today it would have been so nice to be able to go in the hot tub. The buffet breakfast at $28 person is garbage consisting of powdered scrambled eggs and soggy sausage. The room itself was ok. For a similar cost I would consider staying at the Westin or Marriott instead next time.

Found a few hairs in bed but not a huge deal. Construction in lobby was not fun. And no complimentary coffee !!

Room was clean and comfortable, the elevator to the parking was not working. The key to my room didn't work and I had to carry my luggage up and down three times until my room was changed.

No where to park for bigger vehicles, no hot water, you can hear the neighbours. Dirty underwear in the closet on the floor. Room 443 maybe check before the put another guest in there. Told front desk but no one picked them up.

Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Overall a good hotel to stay in especially if you are attending an event at Rogers. I would say that lighting could be improved as I found the room quite dark and there seemed to be some heating issues as hallways were very cold - but not all of them and the room was a bit cold as well. I also ate in the restaurant downstairs- the waitstaff were friendly and the food was good.

Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Ottawa was great! Clean room, convenient location and comfortable bed.

Check in was amazing with the gentlemen working on Jan 16th at 4pm! Very attentive and explained the parking, stay and amentities to us! We both loved the cookies upon arrival! The room size was perfect for what we needed. Was very clean! Only issue we had was the snow created a big mess when entering or leaving the hotel

En general fue buena la estancia, pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas para 4 que éramos, llegamos con 8 maletas y nadie nos ayudó a subirlas a la habitación.
