Great accommodation at the going rates. Fantastic location.

We’ve stayed at DoubleTree hotels in many places, and they never fail to meet—if not exceed—our expectations. This DoubleTree in Ottawa was no exception. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the amenities felt thoughtfully curated. Although we initially found the room a bit warm, the staff promptly provided a large fan, which we truly appreciated.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to major attractions, and its overall condition is exceptional. The staff at check-in were friendly and welcoming. However, at checkout, the staff appeared unfamiliar with the billing details and advised me to follow up with management by email or phone instead. This resulted in additional time and inconvenience after my vacation to resolve billing issues.

Overall was ok. Carpets should not be in hotel rooms, elevator, and main lobby needs upgrading . Staff was excellent - front desk - housekeeping. Parking situation was a nightmare if you had a large vehicle. Overall 3plus

The staff were super nice we got upgraded for free to the highest floor. I Love Expedia it was quick easy and simple me and my friend just randomly decided to stay in Ottawa and it took us 5 minutes for the booking. Quick, simple and easy. Always looking back to book soon!

Too noisey. Kids running up and down the hallway. Slush all over the front entrance. Airborne Construction dust in the lobby.

The room space… Very small for family of 4. No space for luggage. Location is perfect if you are having conferences downtown. Mall is across the street. The restaurant service is very slow. Overall it’s great for business people and for the location so close to the Roger’s Centre you can access the centre from the mall. Nice walking distance to Parliament Hill. Close walking distance to a lot of amenities.
