Moxy London Piccadilly Circus

The room was a bit crowded for 3 adults with large bags, so keep that in mind.However, it was warm and cozy for December. Great location near the Metro supermarket and shopping area. Highly recommended for smaller groups!

Great location. In the middle of theater district, shopping, restaurants and sites. Walking distance to Trafalgar Square, the eye, parliament, Westminster abbey and Big Ben. Would recommend this hotel if you want no frills and for sleeping a den a shower. Also very close to underground train

Never again Moxy! This was the second first was mehhh but wasn't looking for upscale this time. London Moxy well undershot my expectations. It was gross, no just one old sheet directly on mattress, poor quality bedding, measly kettle with condiments mission, tiny sink with nowhere to even place a tube of tooth paste, nowhere to hang a single wet towel or towel at all, only one ottoman and counter around the bed. Windows dirty no closets, no CLOSET at all! Just a mirror and a couple useless hooks. AND WE WERE IN A SUITE...lol You couldn't pay me to go back

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were good. My daughter loved the loft. The room, although small, did not feel cramped. AC worked well. I wish there was a small fridge, but that was my fault for not checking beforehand. Location was excellent. Unfortunately, during our stay, 2 of the 4 elevators were down and one of the 3 escalators was down. Not a huge inconvenience. But we had 2 nights with no cold water so we couldn’t shower or use the sink as the water was scorching hot. ( it was fixed within a few hours both nights. But it was a huge inconvenience) All in all, I liked the room, staff and location.

Great place and got a good price

My stay was disappointing due to a string of service and maintenance issues. The escalators are under renovation, and unfortunately the staff didn't make up for the inconvenience — service overall felt unhelpful. Check-in is kiosk-only, with the hotel bar doubling as the front desk if you need assistance, and there are no phones in the rooms. In my bathroom, the body wash bottle was broken and leaking, and despite reporting it, no one brought a replacement. Housekeeping also missed my room; when the cleaner eventually arrived, she asked me what I wanted done, which put me in the odd position of directing my own room cleaning — not something a guest should have to manage. Between the lack of responsiveness and having to fill in gaps in basic service, this stay felt disorganized overall. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hipp hotell mitt i centrala London, men det var inte riktigt up and running. Trasig rulltrappa, två hissar ur funktion och många räcken i trapporna som inte var fastskruvade. Rummen var utplacerade nästan som en labyrint, så det var tur att man kollat nödutgångarna när brandlarmet gick mitt i natten. Det var ett fönsterlöst rum med en stege upp till ett sängloft och det passar nog inte alla. Extrabädden under var hård att sova på. Kan säkert bli ett bra hotell när alla buggar är borta.

Het hotel ligt echt op een top locatie! Piccadilly Circus is echt een perfect vertrekpunt om Londen te verkennen. Kamers zijn netjes. Minpunten waren er voor ons ook. De receptie is alleen per roltrap te bereiken en slechts 1 van de 3 werkte (die naar boven). Ook 2 van de 4 liften waren defect. De verdiepingen zijn ware doolhoven. Dit werd bevestigd toen we midden in de nacht werden gewekt door het brandalarm en we moesten evacueren. Als je de pijlen nooduitgang blijft volgen, dan loop je rondjes op de verdieping. Uiteindelijk een trappenhuis gevonden en bleek het (gelukkig) vals alarm. Het personeel had deze situatie duidelijk niet onder controle. Let ook goed op de betaling. Naast de kamerprijs en borg hebben ze bij mij nog een aantal extra ‘vage’ reserveringen gemaakt. Dit liep op tot meer dan € 1.200,-!! Na lang overleg heb ik het meeste terug en geef ze nog een paar dagen de tijd voor de laatste € 100,-. Locatie: Ja, absoluut een aanrader! Maar met alles wat wij mee hebben gemaakt weet ik niet of ik een tweede keer terug kom.

Camera molto piccola, ma pulita. Posizione veramente perfetta per visitare Londra. Durante il nostro soggiorno ci sono stati problemi agli ascensori (attivi 2 su 4) e alla scala mobile: un piccolo inconveniente che però, dato il numero molto elevato di clienti, significava aspettare abbastanza in alcuni casi. Ottimo e gentile il personale, più di qualcuno parla (è) italiano. Un ringraziamento particolare alla gentilissima e disponibile manager Elisabetta che ci ha aiutato a passare ad una camera con finestra.

Unfortunately, our stay at the Moxy was very disappointing. Two of the four elevators were out of service for our entire stay, and the down escalator was also not working. There was no phone in our room, so anytime we needed something as basic as towels or toilet paper, we had to physically go down to the front desk. Normally that might not have been a major inconvenience, but with half the elevators and the escalator out of service, it became extremely frustrating. Most concerning, a bracelet went missing from our room during our stay. We reported it to the staff, but we felt that our concern was dismissed and that no one seemed particularly interested in helping us or taking the situation seriously.

We just stayed at the Moxy Piccadilly Circus Hotel from June 24, 2026 to June 29, 2026. We were totally unsatisfied with the level of services provided - starting with checking in on June 24, 2026 when systems were down and we had to wait for several hours for checking in after getting off a long haul flight. The following is a list of other issues we encountered during our stay - * Water temperature, pressure and volume throughout the stay was sub par at best - with water pressure dwindling to nothing in the midst of showers or the water going completely cold. * There was minimal to no storage and seating for three persons in room - perhaps adding a folding chair might be a great idea and adding hooks to walls both in the bathroom and bedroom areas and some shelves in the bathroom area * The Room wasn’t cleaned when requested and no towel service was provided when requested * On the day of departure June 29, 2026 - all escalators and elevators stopped working had to bring all luggage by hand downstairs - which was very daunting and dangerous for people with medical conditions. This is a 3 star rated boutique hotel but the room accommodations appeared to be more like no frills accommodations. Is there any way we can get some kind of (at least a partial) credit for this stay? Of course, we will not be booking at this hotel in the future. Thanks.

Very convenient location, will stay again as it’s perfect for travel or for work

Wij hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad in Moxy London Piccadilly Circus. De locatie is perfect: midden in het centrum en op loopafstand van vrijwel alle bekende bezienswaardigheden. Ook het openbaar vervoer is dichtbij, waardoor je Londen gemakkelijk kunt verkennen. Het inchecken verliep snel en eenvoudig via een iPad. Binnen enkele minuten waren we ingecheckt en alles verliep soepel. De kamer was schoon, modern en netjes ingericht. Op de foto's leek de kamer wat klein, maar in werkelijkheid was deze ruim genoeg voor twee personen. De indeling was praktisch en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf was aanwezig. Wat ons vooral opviel, is de uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Voor een hotel op zo'n toplocatie krijg je veel waar voor je geld. Als je op zoek bent naar een modern, schoon en centraal gelegen hotel in Londen, dan is Moxy Piccadilly Circus zeker een aanrader. Wij zouden hier zonder twijfel opnieuw verblijven!

Great hotel and location

Posizione ottima, camera troppo piccola, il sofà letto era durissimo ed è stato difficile dormirci, lavandino del bagno troppo piccolo sarà stato 30*30 bagnavamo dappertutto, inoltre la camera l'hanno pulita due volte su 6 notti. Sconsigliato.
