Everything was good views were amazing! Wish the swimming pool was on 14th observation floor, would’ve been nice.

The view was amazing! Oddy upgraded our room as my original king bed fallsview was unavailable at time of check-in. The upgrade to the 17th floor was breathtaking! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

For two nights there was loud banging in the vent system outside our window. I didn’t sleep for more than 2 hours those nights. The room was clean, but very spartan. No bathrobes, only 2 towels and for coffee only available in the lobby. My son had a horrible headache, and there wasn’t any aspirin even offered. To check in we had to wait for and hour, while the conceirage took hand outs for some people to cut the line. I was disappointed for the cost.

Unsure of issues at check-in, we went from having to go to another hotel, to being offered a room onsite to an upgrade at cost to an upgrade at no cost. Room was clean and comfortable,however the toilet was leaking, and the shower head was plugged. There were no towels in the pool area. Staff however were great.
