This is our go to hotel whenever we stay over in the Falls. I really really wish they would have a better system when it comes to checking in. Check in takes WAY too long. There should be an express line for those who are tech savvy and can do online booking/registration. Would speed things up.

View from room was great. Internet was very slow. TV shows buffered multiple times during shows. Check in was terrible! The desk agent stopped our check in twice to talk to previous guests who jumped in front of us at desk to add things to their lodging. The agent should have told them to wait until he was finished checking us in. I’m not likely to stay there again.

Photos advertised for the room have modern furniture, the room furniture is actuality quite dated. I was also charged a resort fee and the only amenities were free coffee and a small indoor pool. Parking is $50 a day. Windows also needed cleaning.

The location was incredible! The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. The amenities were not good at all. The fitness center was pathetic and you had to walk through the pool area to get to it. There was no restaurant and there was no way to fill a water bottle. There was a coffee machine in the lobby but no quick fill or water dispensary on hand for drinking water. This is a basic requirement and one that should not be too hard to offer.

Honestly this review will be a bit pointless. We were moved from the Oakes to the Hilton across the street because of an issue with our room. I can say, even from the second floor the view of the river was great. We were in an amazing location, a 45 second walk from the tram to the falls, many residents in the area and the casino entrance in the back garden. The staff were so kind and accommodating as well as apologetic when there was an issue with the room. I can’t speak for the quality of the other room but ours was in rough shape. From the images online it almost looked as if we were booked in an unrenovated room. The decor was completely different, there was no fitted sheet on the bed and overall the room was not very clean. We were informed immediately this was a hotel booking error and we were moved within the hour. 10/10 us timer service the staff were amazing, just unfortunate the room we were booked in.

Think of this place as a $60 a night motel with a great location and an amazing view if you're staying in one of the higher floors. (10+) The internet didn't work. The mini fridge in the room didn't keep things that cool even at the highest setting. The bed was terrible. Even the bathroom was badly designed. It was not a handicap room but we had a shower that was 35 sqft. We measured. You could fit 10 people in there. It would have been cool if it was a rainfall shower or a steam shower but nope. It had one shower head off to the side with terrible water pressure so you could only shower in one corner of this huge area. The issue was that because of this immense, useless shower there was no room for anything else in the bathroom. So you only got a small sink and a small toilet. There was no vanity where you could put your toothbrushes or makeup or anything. There weren't even any towel racks. This place is just coasting on the view and the location. Don't stay here if you're not gonna stay above the 10th floor facing the falls.

The hotel is run down and not worth the money. Property is not clean and lobby looks really worn and dated. The room they gave us had a horrible smell. Front desk staff were not friendly or accommodating. We moved to the Hilton
