There is not breakfast served daily. The hotel does not have a restaurant/ kitchen. We had a premium falls view two bedroom suite. The views were spectacular! One of the four windows was pretty dirty and made it hard to see out it. It would have been nice if both bedrooms had the view and the same sized beds.The Bedrooms are open concept with no doors. The hotel was clean and in a great location. It’s about a 15 min walk to Clifton hill and a short 10 min walk to the falls. I would definitely stay here again. Parking is kind of crazy at $50 a night.

A bad trip. When I checked in, the front desk moved my room to the Hilton Hotel. The air conditioner in the Hilton hotel is very noisy unless I turn it off, but after turning it off, the room will be very cold; the room is like a vacuum, air blows into the room from the corridor through the crack of the door, and the room is windy like on the street. .

Always enjoy our stays at The Oakes. Have been staying here for 36 years on our anniversary. Beautiful property and location is perfect for enjoying the Falls and all has to offer. We had a beautiful corner view of the whole Falls area and it’s great to enjoy the fireworks at night too.
We enjoy the breakfast voucher at Applebee’s for a good breakfast.

Nous avions réservé une belle chambre vu sur les chutes pour 2 nuits. À la dernière minute, on nous a changé d’hôtel, car ils avaient «overbook», et on nous a offert une chambre avec un upgrade dans un hôtel à 2 minutes de là. Par contre, en arrivant à l’autre hôtel, il n’était pas question d’upgrade, la chambre était très vieillot, et on ne voyait pas du tout les chutes. Le staff n’était pas du tout coopérant, cela a été compliqué et stressant pour rien. J’ai l’impression que nous nous sommes fait avoir et avec le prix qu’on a payé, c’est très décevant. Aucune considération. Mauvaise expérience avec le Oaks!

Drove in from Michigan, got there early, our room wasn't ready. Went back after 4 it still wasn't ready. Waited around for over a half hour before the front desk clerk told us it would be another hour. Came back 2 hours later and our room still wasn't ready (after 7pm). They ended up changing our room and comping breakfast and parking. There was obviously an issue with staff communication.
