A bad trip. When I checked in, the front desk moved my room to the Hilton Hotel. The air conditioner in the Hilton hotel is very noisy unless I turn it off, but after turning it off, the room will be very cold; the room is like a vacuum, air blows into the room from the corridor through the crack of the door, and the room is windy like on the street. .

Upon arrival we were told that the hotel was unavailable due to maintenance. We were sent to the Hilton nearby, not a huge deal but given the long waits to get to the check in counter at both hotels it would have been nice to get this information before arriving. The view at the Hilton was not as good, buildings blocking a good portion of the actual Falls. And had to pay $75/night for on-site parking there which we didn’t expect at all. If booking this place would call to confirm they actually have a room available before taking your money and sending you somewhere else.

Didn't get to check in as they had a problem with the room, so they booked us at the Hilton. It all worked out well as the Hilton was great and at no extra cost.
