The view was amazing! Oddy upgraded our room as my original king bed fallsview was unavailable at time of check-in. The upgrade to the 17th floor was breathtaking! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The view on the 11th floor was absolutely stunning The hotel needs a bit of an upgrade looks a bit old and could have been a little more clean. The pool area could have been a bit cleaner too. The staff were absolutely lovely and kind.

We booked a King suit with a View. We were unable to stay in it because the plumbing was bad. They " Up graded" to a queen double bed on the 16th floor. It was not an upgrade. This hotel has very preditory parking prices as well. 77.00 for ONE NIGHT. 50.00 and then a 14.95 hotel fee. It is also very run down and needs very clear maintenance. Staff was friendly and helpful. But we would not stay here again.
