We loved staying here! Fantastic rooms with phenomenal views! We had a river front view room and my in-laws had a falls view and they were both wonderful! The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We can't wait to stay here again!

Drove in from Michigan, got there early, our room wasn't ready. Went back after 4 it still wasn't ready. Waited around for over a half hour before the front desk clerk told us it would be another hour. Came back 2 hours later and our room still wasn't ready (after 7pm). They ended up changing our room and comping breakfast and parking. There was obviously an issue with staff communication.

1. I had asked for a Falls view room and on the highest floor. I was given the 21st floor which was THE highest floor. However I was NOT told that the windows on the 21st floor were SMALLER than the ones on the 20th floor and lower. If I had known that, I would have taken 20th to 16th floor. 2. Body-wash soap container was almost empty. 3.There was only one washcloth! I called the front desk to ask for more washcloths but no one picked up. My wife also called later but no response. 4. There was no decaf coffee at the lobby. 5. No breakfast either! We were told to use Applebee's. 6. Water pressure was low.
