Traveled with friends and our stay was great! Staff were friendly and helpful! Would come back again! Great view of the falls! N0 free breakfast but nice breakfast buffet across the street! Even gave us coupons things in the area.

This is our go to hotel whenever we stay over in the Falls. I really really wish they would have a better system when it comes to checking in. Check in takes WAY too long. There should be an express line for those who are tech savvy and can do online booking/registration. Would speed things up.

Be prepared to pay more than you thought. About $200 US dollars more. 1 light in the room! No hand towels. Pay to park at this hotel. Observation deck windows dirty and foggy where I couldn't observe the cheap fireworks show that you have to pay for with a tax wherever you go in town. Don't worry though, all you say is "I don't want to pay that tax." Check all you receipts! I'm one who hates to get ripped off, so I won't be going back to this hotel or the area.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at many.The lobby is dirty the elevators are dirty. And don’t let me start on the carpets in the rooms and the entire hotel. I went with my and they wanted to leave the very night we got there. The hotel is in a great location and our room was directly facing the falls. This were the only positives about the hotel. Some of the receptionist were very friendly. The owners run this place like slum landlords. They assume because of the location they don’t have to keep this place up and they will still make money. This place need a complete overhaul. My advice to people, stay as far away from this place in its present condition. Even motel 6 is better. K. A

The staff are amazing. They go above and beyond in every way. The best part of the hotel are the employees. The room I stayed in was the tower room fallsview with the king bed. The view was amazing, but the windows were dirty

We booked at Oakes hotel and due to some maintenance reason they cancelled our booking and booked us at Hilton. At Oakes hotel our parking was covered and I and up paying $119 CAD for parking for 1 night for 2 rooms. If I had booked Hilton directly I would have got better deal.

View from room was great. Internet was very slow. TV shows buffered multiple times during shows. Check in was terrible! The desk agent stopped our check in twice to talk to previous guests who jumped in front of us at desk to add things to their lodging. The agent should have told them to wait until he was finished checking us in. I’m not likely to stay there again.

Photos advertised for the room have modern furniture, the room furniture is actuality quite dated. I was also charged a resort fee and the only amenities were free coffee and a small indoor pool. Parking is $50 a day. Windows also needed cleaning.

The location was incredible! The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. The amenities were not good at all. The fitness center was pathetic and you had to walk through the pool area to get to it. There was no restaurant and there was no way to fill a water bottle. There was a coffee machine in the lobby but no quick fill or water dispensary on hand for drinking water. This is a basic requirement and one that should not be too hard to offer.
