The hotel was very nice. We had a beautiful view of the falls, and it was within walking distance of several restaurants. The staff was very nice and we could park behind the hotel in a safe, well lit parking lot.

Housekeeping service is poor. We had to wait for few hours just to be given towels. However staff are still friendly. Room has a great view but noticed some dust on tables. And bathroom soaps aren’t filled properly. We were given a bottle of empty hair conditioner.

There was no hot water at 5:00am. I had to catch a bus at 6:30am. So wanted to take a shower. I had to manage with cold water. That's awful. And why would you charge 55$ per day for outdoor parking that is so far away from the hotel. The parking lot right next to the hotel charges just 20 per day. That is ridiculous and unethical.

This property is trash. The people who work there are looking to bend you over and take all your money no lubrication! You book a room, you get there then, they ask you if you need to park, that's when they inform you it's fifty dollars for a parking spot. Did I mention they don't have enough parking spots.. so after you pay fifty for parking, you have to find a spot that doesn't exist.. I wanna suggest anybody uses this hotel. They left me feeling like I wanna tell everybody how big a trash they are.... And not to stay here!

The hotel charged me $50 for parking per night and the hotel was breaking down. The toilet barely flushed and the sink kept getting backed up. The beds are a whole other story. They were awful and super uncomfortable. The fan in the bathroom was broken too. Really unhappy with the stay especially for the price of it

Parking Fee of $50 was ridiculous considering parking in the area was $10/day. The cleaning staff were bothering people an hour or two before check out. Staff left cleaning and stock rooms open so you could see all the piles of towels and garbage as you walked down the hall. Don't be fooled by courtyard view it's just a parking lot. This section of the hotel looks like an old motel that was connected to the high rise hotel so they could have extra rooms.
