To us this was the perfect locations - very close to town but far enough to be quiet and feel removed. Nice bathrooms with soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower. The one bedroom loft was perfect for our family of 3.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Their staff (most especially Emma) was very nice and friendly. Bus passes included with our stay which was very helpful so we didn’t have to drive to Banff town (parking is expensive!). Full kitchen so we were able to save some money cooking some of our meals. Bathroom was updated so that was nice. All in all, we recommend this hotel and most likely going to return here for our next trip to Banff!

A great location and sweet cabins for family. The sauna and steam room feel like they can use a reno. But overall the staff were excellent, the space was great and I loved my view on the back looking down into the trees. Really beautiful.

The property is run down, and the rooms are in need of some TLC. The beds were very uncomfortable. Even the linens were scratchy. The walls are very thin, and you can hear every noise in the hallway and in the rooms next door.

We stayed for 3 nights and overall had a pleasant stay. The property was nice, and we enjoyed our visit. However, we were disappointed with the housekeeping service. We checked in late on our first night, and the following morning housekeeping came around 8:30 a.m. While we appreciate their effort, we had to decline service because our young child was still sleeping. The next morning, before leaving for the day, we specifically requested housekeeping service. We were surprised to be told that housekeeping staff were not available that day, so our room was not cleaned during our stay. As a result, the room was never serviced, and the bed sheets were not changed at any point during our 3-night stay. Aside from this issue, everything else was good. We hope the hotel can improve housekeeping availability and communication for future guests.

The room had a distinct Korean BBQ restaurant aroma. We requested a changing room, but unfortunately, we couldn’t change. When we arrived, the shampoo was empty. They refilled it, but the pump was broken and wouldn’t work. On the bright side, the location was very convenient, and the complimentary 3-day roam bus pass was a great addition.

Overall a great stay. We have stayed in Banff many times but it was nice to be away from the townsite and to enjoy the quiet of the mountains. We had a large group and one room wasn’t quite ready for check in time but the stay was fantastic and the bus passes made travel to downtown a breeze. Beautiful views and serene setting. Would recommend to anyone.

Great & helpful staff. Clean room. Convenient to have a kitchen to cook & make meals to save a little bit on food. Bed felt fine, shower pressure good. Nice that they gave us Roam transit passes. Negatives: Pool was freezing (which the staff warned me about) and some of the facades especially outside of the pool look worse for wear. It’s a pretty penny because it’s Banff, and we mostly stayed there because nostalgia my hubby stayed there in 1990 as a kid. But ya know I would probably stay there again because of how nice the staff was. The people they hire really makes a difference. Heat the pool and I am so there!

If you want to spent $800 per night to stay in a underground basement where NO internet connection, NO wi-fi, NO cellphone network, noisy fridge, elevator noise hearing from room every move, then this is the best place. I am travelling last 30 years around the world. This is the most bad place I ever seen. Even nothing fixed after complaining. Only good thing they have a small kitchen. Honestly if I could give a Zero star… Waste of your hard money here and NO relax. It will better live anywhere in city of Banff.

Great space for two families to share ( total of 5 people). Roam shuttles are easy to use to get you in and out of Main Street Banff to local areas and back to resort. Resort provided free shuttle/bus tickets. Great to have small kitchen area. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful, I had some relatives camping down the road from the hotel and front desk staff allowed an extra temp parking pass for a short visit, it was greatly appreciated. Room was clean and spacious and quiet. Very relaxed and easy to get into town. Overall great experience! Thanks to there team.
