Booked a one night stay on a ski vacation. Very warm welcome from the staff, and a super easy check in process. We were given an upgraded experience due to our expedia level, which included some complementry items such as a bottle of wine. The property is nice, but there is certainly room for improvement. When we opened the door, it was quite a nice little place, however you could tell it had been renovated....... either in haste or tight budget. Flooring gaps around all the registers is a prime example. The room also included amenities such as local soaps/shampoos/conditioners, or at least the bottles were there, but a number of the products were empty. We had to ask for toilet paper as the unit had no stock, and the roll left for our arrival was........ lacking. Overall a good stay, but missing many of those "easy" to catch items.

Warm and welcoming staff. I am satisfied with the service. My kids loved our room and I loved the kitchenette. It’s a plus that the place is accessible via Roam bus - my kids enjoyed this too. The only downside is that there is no hot tub beside the swimming pool, so my kids didn’t get to enjoy swimming, because they felt cold. But other than this, everything is perfect.

We love coming to this hotel because they treat our dogs so well, the mountain cabin is amazing, great fireplace free firewood, always accommodating and great staff

The staff was super welcoming and kind. We travelled with a pet and everything was so adaptable. We wouldn't even known we were in a pet room if we didn't ask for one! So clean

We had a lovely stay at this property. The room had some nice upgrades done, the beds were comfortable. Location is good. We did book this property partly due to it having an indoor pool - the pool is quite small and very cold.

Always a great stay at Tunnel Mountain. Staff have always treated myself and my wife with professional and kindness. It is our go to resort in Banff.

We had a great weekend at Tunnel Mountain Resort. It was exactly what we needed for our little getaway. The downside was the pool was very cold. It would have been more enjoyable for the kids if the pool didn’t feel like an ice bath. When I asked about it I was shut down like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Other than the pool portion the place was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay in the pet friendly cabin. It was very comfortable, well appointed and easy to take the dog for a walk.
