주방 시설 완비되어 있어, 아침 저녁을 해결할 수 있음. 또한 벽난로가 있어 장작을 태워서 따뜻한 실내가 되었음.

침대가 많아서 아이들과 지내기 좋고, 깨끗하고, 주방에서 요리를 간단히 할수 있어서 좋았어요^^

I stayed here for two nights with my family. This resort is located five minutes by bus (route 2, every 20 mins) from the downtown and a bus stop is in front of the hotel office. The staffs are super kind. They booked buses to Lake Louise for our family and gondolas at a discounted rate (with a promotion). I completed our trip plan with their help. The best, the most kind staffs!

세명이 묵기에 괜찮고, 간이 주방이라 공간이 넓진 않았지만 음식해먹는데 문제없었습니다. 복도가 환기가 안돼서 다소 냄새는 났지만 방 자체는 냄새 안나고 괜찮았어요. 도로가였는데도 시끄럽지 않고 잘 묵었습니다.

Great place to stay in Banff!!!

We had an amazing family vacation at Tunnel Mountain Resort and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Banff. The location is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, surrounded by nature, and with stunning mountain views in every direction. It felt like the perfect mix of quiet getaway and easy access to town. We loved being close enough to downtown Banff for quick trips, but far enough to truly relax and unwind. Our suite was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a family stay. Having a full kitchen made things so convenient, especially for breakfasts and family dinners. The beds were cozy, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind from check-in to check-out. You can tell they care about their guests’ experience. Especially Lily and Rita . The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated the overall relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made incredible memories here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, views, and that true Banff mountain experience!

Bed was comfortable, heater was great, shower a little weak but clean. Great amenities. Nice to have a full size kitchen. The walls were quite thin, could hear upstairs and outside noises noticeably. Was an overall good stay.

-They charged us more than Expedia listed. -Expedia said the price included a bottle of wine, but it was never offered to us. -They justified the high pet fee by saying they would provide food and water bowls, beds, and so on, but they provided none of that. -That said, the staff was very nice and attentive.

Condo 120 was great… warm, cozy, everything we needed as a family of 4… if I had to nitpick… some areas could use a deep clean… but otherwise a great experience.

Staff was extremely courteous from the very first moment. Location is very good. Everything in the room functioned as it should and was well appointed.

On entry the room smelled of cooking. The thermostat was stuck on 88 (I presume that's Fahrenheit) and did not change when the + or - buttons were pressed. My key chain thermometer showed +18C throughout the afternoon to next morning - a bit chilly!! I reported this to the desk on checkout.
