Warm and welcoming staff. I am satisfied with the service. My kids loved our room and I loved the kitchenette. It’s a plus that the place is accessible via Roam bus - my kids enjoyed this too. The only downside is that there is no hot tub beside the swimming pool, so my kids didn’t get to enjoy swimming, because they felt cold. But other than this, everything is perfect.

Booked a one night stay on a ski vacation. Very warm welcome from the staff, and a super easy check in process. We were given an upgraded experience due to our expedia level, which included some complementry items such as a bottle of wine. The property is nice, but there is certainly room for improvement. When we opened the door, it was quite a nice little place, however you could tell it had been renovated....... either in haste or tight budget. Flooring gaps around all the registers is a prime example. The room also included amenities such as local soaps/shampoos/conditioners, or at least the bottles were there, but a number of the products were empty. We had to ask for toilet paper as the unit had no stock, and the roll left for our arrival was........ lacking. Overall a good stay, but missing many of those "easy" to catch items.

We had a great weekend at Tunnel Mountain Resort. It was exactly what we needed for our little getaway. The downside was the pool was very cold. It would have been more enjoyable for the kids if the pool didn’t feel like an ice bath. When I asked about it I was shut down like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Other than the pool portion the place was perfect.

Everyone there was very nice. The stay was amazing, cozy and warm. I loveddd the cabin vibes they gave and how comfortable the beds were. I will definitely be coming back. They had free bus passes to get around the area which was great. The parking there was tight but overall the stay was wonderful.

The location was perfect. Room was good but we were not aware it was below ground level with no real view. The room was okay but felt claustrophobic because of this. When booked confirmation indicated complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and free room upgrade if possible. When I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk he said upgrade not possible at all but he would make up for it with a complimentary bottle of wine. I indicated that in our booking we already should have a bottle of wine. We did not get upgraded or ANY bottle of wine. We went in and out at various times of the day over our 5 days there and it never even seemed half full at any point. When I mentioned to the woman at check out, she said she was disappointed and agreed we should have been able to have an upgrade as there was availability for it…..well too late now. When I mentioned about the basement level room, she showed me a print out that indicated the room was below ground level saying she got it off Expedia, I came home and checked my exact booking details and it was NOT indicated below ground. We chose these accommodations for the views and did not see any while in the room. We did find the accommodations clean and decently supplied.

We had an amazing family vacation at Tunnel Mountain Resort and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Banff. The location is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, surrounded by nature, and with stunning mountain views in every direction. It felt like the perfect mix of quiet getaway and easy access to town. We loved being close enough to downtown Banff for quick trips, but far enough to truly relax and unwind. Our suite was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a family stay. Having a full kitchen made things so convenient, especially for breakfasts and family dinners. The beds were cozy, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind from check-in to check-out. You can tell they care about their guests’ experience. Especially Lily and Rita . The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated the overall relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made incredible memories here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, views, and that true Banff mountain experience!

Everyone there was very nice. The stay was amazing, cozy and warm. I loveddd the cabin vibes they gave and how comfortable the beds were. I will definitely be coming back. They had free bus passes to get around the area which was great. The parking there was tight but overall the stay was wonderful.

The location was perfect. Room was good but we were not aware it was below ground level with no real view. The room was okay but felt claustrophobic because of this. When booked confirmation indicated complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and free room upgrade if possible. When I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk he said upgrade not possible at all but he would make up for it with a complimentary bottle of wine. I indicated that in our booking we already should have a bottle of wine. We did not get upgraded or ANY bottle of wine. We went in and out at various times of the day over our 5 days there and it never even seemed half full at any point. When I mentioned to the woman at check out, she said she was disappointed and agreed we should have been able to have an upgrade as there was availability for it…..well too late now. When I mentioned about the basement level room, she showed me a print out that indicated the room was below ground level saying she got it off Expedia, I came home and checked my exact booking details and it was NOT indicated below ground. We chose these accommodations for the views and did not see any while in the room. We did find the accommodations clean and decently supplied.

We had an amazing family vacation at Tunnel Mountain Resort and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Banff. The location is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, surrounded by nature, and with stunning mountain views in every direction. It felt like the perfect mix of quiet getaway and easy access to town. We loved being close enough to downtown Banff for quick trips, but far enough to truly relax and unwind. Our suite was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a family stay. Having a full kitchen made things so convenient, especially for breakfasts and family dinners. The beds were cozy, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind from check-in to check-out. You can tell they care about their guests’ experience. Especially Lily and Rita . The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated the overall relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made incredible memories here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, views, and that true Banff mountain experience!
