Overall it was very pleasant. - The staff were friendly and very helpful. - The hotel and room were very quiet and comfortable. - The food in the restaurant was delicious. - The room was also clean and fragrant. - The sheets and towels were clean. The bathroom was clean, with a bathtub. - The AC in the room was central AC. The setting was just right, cool. - The drinking water was free flow (Cleo gallon) - The swimming pool was in another building, but it was quite easy to find.

The first time I stayed at this hotel was so impressive, starting from the friendly security guard to helping me park my car and carry my luggage to the hotel lobby, the receptionist was also friendly, the room was clean and fragrant, the room was spacious with a fairly spacious bathroom and the cleanliness was maintained, it was very satisfying to stay here, next time we plan another staycation here, for the bathroom towels maybe they need to be replaced because they are a bit rough.
