The service is always reliable, and the staff’s hospitality truly stands out. One of the things my family appreciates most is how spacious the rooms are, along with the hotel’s prime location right in the heart of Medan, surrounded by many iconic landmarks. The breakfast is another highlight. It offers a wide variety of options, ranging from local Indonesian dishes to Asian and European cuisine, all well-prepared and satisfying. Overall, City Hall Medan remains one of the best hotels in the city, especially considering its very reasonable pricing.
