From the first time my foot step the Santika Pandegiling I feel the warm welcome from the staff. The receptionist voice intonation was so perfect so that make me feel like I am welcoming by them, if I am not mistaken her name was Ellen. Then again I enter room and I was surprise when I saw a welcome cake and welcome letter with my name mentioned in the table, small touch but meaningful. The breakfast was so delicious. Everything was so amazing here. For sure I will be coming back here

The second time I stayed at Batiqa. The first one is for business and this time for exploring Surabaya. Overall so great! The staff at the lobby was very helpful in handling my problem with the room key. And of course, the food at the rooftop is awesome! Especially the Nasi Goreng Batiqa 🔥 Very recommended! It was an awesome experience to spend my new year holiday in this 18th floor hotel room for 4d3n. That was so high, I can see Suramadu and queue of cars at entrance of Tunjungan Plaza from my large window. I have no complain for my room and the bathroom. The 100k laundry for 12 peices was cheap and helpful. Just fyi, the phone in the room is unable to make an outgoing call but you can use the phone in the lobby by asking the front desk. The breakfast was various, they serve a traditional and western menu, I love their traditional snack corner so I can try the local food in my short trip right on my breakfast. Thank you Aria Centra and staff for a fabulous hospitality !

the service is very friendly.. especially the front desk guy I don't know his name.. they have few parking lots if you want to ask for free parking you can get it from the front desk guy.. my request was granted too.. they also have water dispenser so you can refill water freely.. but don't drink the water that displayed in your room because they are for sale... I really enjoyed and had good time in this hotel.. thank you very much.. will come back another time maybe..

Their staff is very nice and helpful. My son got sick in midnight and the staff offered me to take my son to the hospital. Facility, the bed is really comfortable. Breakfast is okay.

The location is only a few light walks away from Tunjungan Plaza, which is nice. The room itself is nice and a proper rest is possible here. I applaud the shower too which has functioning partition door to separate it from the toilet. For this price, its really good!
