I found out about this hotel from a friend, the second time I stayed here, it was still the same, clean rooms, complete facilities, good service, friendly staff, even during breakfast there was a complaint about the cutlery, the staff immediately replaced it & apologized. Stayed in two room types within the week, both served their purpose very well. Walking distance to restaurants, mini markets. First traveled alone, the standard room was enough: compact & efficient for one person. Then my mother joined me & we moved to the executive room which is more comfortable for two persons. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful, food & drinks from Warung Pati in the lobby were satisfying & reasonably priced. I wanted a mochaccino & they made it for me despite it not being on the menu. Very family friendly, my 73 y.o mother di not have any difficulty navigating through check in, ordering food, etc with staff always ready to assist.

The food is varied and delicious, the cleanliness is really good, the service is friendly and fast, basically if I go to Surabaya I want to stay at Fairfield again.

We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. There are children's and adult pools, and beautiful beach views from your room, allowing you to watch the sunset. It feels like having your own private beach. It's perfect for a family vacation.
