I'm really impressed by the front office staff's memory. She still recognized me even though it's been months since my last visit. Hotel is well-maintained, each and every objects in our room was still in good condition. Especially the old aircon, so cool! Aside from that, all of the hotel staffs were super helpful and friendly. They did their best at making us feel comfortable during our stay. Thank you!

The hotel aesthetic lobby and friendly staff made me feel welcomed upon entering. Room space is enough for a couple, not a family, and it is clean and comfortable. The perfect place to staycation with kids. The location is very strategic near the Bogor Botanical Garden, we can hear the bird singing in the morning, and can take a walk to see deers in BBG. The room is so clean, with the cheapest room we also get the bathroom with bathtub.

Everythink looks nice for four star hotel. But price was rather high almost 1 million IDR for duluxe room. I choose the room for meeting form online agency. Food are good but still expecting more such as international menu such as sushi etc. Staff all great, wide lobby and car parking for medium mvp must ask a help from staff for having more space. Surrounding also excellent, have wide trotoar for pedestrian and many food just on foot.
