I'm very satisfied staying here, the view and onsen experience are wonderful. Staff also very polite and helpful. Tips: arrive early and enjoy the garden view, then after check-in go submerge in the outdoor onsen in the sunset time

amazing stay. my wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. the food, service, and room were all amazing. we took a room with the private outdoor bath and enjoyed breakfast and dinner buffets. highly recommend this property.

I left feeling disappointed given the price point. At over $800 per night for two adults and two children, I expected a much higher-end experience. While breakfast and dinner were included, both were buffet-style with a large selection of food and alcohol. The variety was impressive, but the overall food quality felt average and did not match what I would expect from a property charging premium rates. For this price, I was expecting restaurant-quality dining rather than a typical buffet experience. The onsen was also underwhelming. It felt more like a standard public bathhouse than a luxury hot spring experience, which was surprising considering the nightly rate. If the room rate were in the $400–$500 range, I would likely view the experience much more favorably. However, at over $800 per night, my expectations were significantly higher. One final recommendation: skip the spa and massage services. The pricing was over $200 per hour, and the treatment felt more like a light touch session than an actual massage. In my opinion, it was not a good value and did not justify the cost. Overall, the hotel was not terrible, but the value simply did not align with the premium pricing.
