It was like a Motel Six with a gorgeous view. The room was spacious but wvwrything was really old. Tou can tell rhey teied to renovate it but paint was peeling and the hot water tank was in the bathroom. The shower dis not get hot. The beds were very firm. You could hear everything foing on outside and on the street. Did'nt get any sleep. The rooms weren't insulated veey well. You could hear everything your neighbors did. The hottub did not workalso.

The view from my room was beautiful I had the sunsets of the lagoon room was ok clean bed was fine for México standards coming from New York. I must say you do need to be careful and not leave any wallet or cash laying out if you choose not to put outside your door Do not disturb I looked in my wallet and saw $3 left from a 2 $10 bills that were there and they were gone after a cleaning lady was in my room . I have no complaints property itself was and is safe from the crazy outsiders and clean pool was delicious Beach beautiful when weather allows it and price was just right

Small nice hotel with the main amenities. Nice view and with access to the beach. They were fixing the building and the pool was close for one day of our stay.

I'm not one to leave a bad review but this hotel was Horrible. When we arrived early we went to the pool meanwhile our room was ready, i asked the front desk for a towel for my daughter since the pool was cold, he said our beach towels arw in our room and we will get them at 3pm when our room is ready. I have been to plenty of hotels and never heard of that. They had a day pass service and provided them with towels but couldnt actually give it to the guest staying. Made no sense! Not only that later in the evening when we got our room i asked tge front desk fro new towels and he said, they dont go til tomorrow mam. I said ok i understand but all our towels are dirtly can we please get them replaced he then said yes and no one ever came. This service was so bad, we left the next day even tho we had payed for 2 nights. The overall service was horribke and such a dirty hotel!

Stayed in a “Double Room King Bed - Ocean View” Pros: - Large room with comfy bed, safe, large closet, gorgeous ocean view (5th floor). - AMAZING beach!! White sand, turquoise water. Most of our stay the beach had a yellow caution flag for some waves but still felt really safe to swim (red flag went up at night until the morning, and stayed up on our last day). - Bean bags on the beach were great, super comfy and we could move them around to be more or less in the shade. - Very nice pools, swim up bar staff and drinks were great. - Excellent location, short walk to lots of great food with vegan options (we loved Casa Tequila, Mayan Monkey, La Boulangerie, Tacos Los Chachalocos, Capri Pizzeria Moderna), convenience stores, grocery store, and a ferry terminal (less frequent ferries, but good to get to and from Isla Mujeres). Medium: - Could hear people in the rooms beside, above us, and in the hall. Not much of an issue, wore earplugs a couple of nights. - Blanket was too thin (a matter of preference). - Pools were slightly cold (another matter of preference, my husband loved them, I would have preferred heated). Cons: - No wash cloths. - Toiletries were sub par quality. Hand soap and body wash appeared to be the same thing in different bottles (and scented, not my fav). Shampoo & conditioner combo wasn’t very good. - Shower drain smelled bad and bathroom sink/counter area was a little grimy. - Minimal drawers for clothes/other items.

I liked that it was really close to the everything and accessible. I didn’t like some of the front desk customer service.

Beds are rock hard.

very loud music that was even disturbing for the guests , no power outlet in our room , the only one was behind the beds. patio doors did not lock, very late check-in had to wait long with kids to get our rooms , asked for blankets and they only had sheets no blankets.

The area of the property was nice but the hotel needs to upgrade their quality supplies.

The remodeled room was nice. We got the ocean view room. Staff was nice, great area. No complaints.

This place fell apart. It used to be beautiful. The walls are cracking, paint is chipping, the pool water was murky like the pumps werent working or something, the patio chairs are all rusted and were covered in bird poop. I left same day I arrived. So sad maintenance didnt keep up with this place!

Excellent pool, beachfront access and good restaurant for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff!

It’s a terrible place period

The property is quite a bit rundown. It’s convenient because of the location. Lots of noise around. Will not sleep quietly, but being in a room with beachfront views, helps with the noise because of the waves . The rooms seriously need renovation. Some of the staff (younger crew) have a bit of bad attitude; however, I learned how to handle it to avoid confrontation. Walking distance to convenient stores and restaurants.

There were no handrails at all in the room. Or by the stair cases. I wondered what safety guidelines actually were. Otherwise, BEAUTIFUL!!!
