Everything was wonderful.

Nice and clean hotel

Could not believe they supply a coffee machine but no coffee! Only hotel in multiple across Mexico 15 day trip to disappoint. When trying to get coffee for machine told by reception go to dinning room to buy. Dining room told me go to reception or shop! Shop only has instant coffee which is horrible!

The room was fairly clean, the shower was a little dirty and the sink kept clogging. The electricity was also not working well so some of the lights would not turn on and the outlets would not work at times.

The room was dirty. Limited cleaning. Room has no blankets we are feeling so cold. Night time. I don’t like they are service.

Kitchen should have more utensils and they should provide light blankets.

Nice basic and affordable place to stay

Loved this beachfront hotel. Very secure and regulated entry made us feel safe. The staff were great and attentive. Beautiful pool and areas to lounge by the pool and on the beach. Great poolside snacks and bar. Proximity to great restaurants is fantastic.

When looking for hotels to enjoy our spring break, Ocean Dream stood out to us as being a safe, clean, and centralized. Initially, we had 9 people, so I booked 3 rooms for 3 people that fit 4 people each, for a total of 12. Upon arrival, we were charged an extra $240 for having 3 extra people, which is my fault for not reading the fine print, but kind of ridiculous considering the rooms were never arranged for the 3 extra residents. None of the rooms ever received additional beach towels or shower towels, but were charged the extra $240. Secondly, 2 of the rooms contained ants that would climb up onto the counters and eat our food. The room service was good, although a couple of us lost some expensive clothing items that we know were in the room before the maid came by. Additionally, half of my room's shower door was missing, resulting in water covering the entire bathroom floor, which led to water, sand, and dirt being tracked into the bedroom area. As if the missing clothes, sopping wet floors, and bugs in the room wasn't enough, our stay only managed to get worse. One of our friends had an incident on the beach where he fell, which required him to be sent to the hospital. After the hotel heard about it, they sent someone to his room to KICK US OUT. They demanded that we leave because it could backfire on them or that we were to pay them $100 or they would involve the police. We complied out of fear and shock. This experience utterly disgusted us and won't ever be

Nice room near strip, on the beach. Dining and shopping options close by. Staff very helpful. Only issues I had were that hot water ran out too fast and had issues with high speed internet after first day. Other than that, it was a great experience .

I loved the room. The best part was the ocean view, breathtaking. There were 2 downfalls though. The shower was cold and the toilet was clogged. After reading the multiple signs, not throw paper in toilet, it was still clogged. And the receptionist didn't really explain much about the hotel, as far as how to get to the room, if there is an elevator or stairs, room service or other amenities in the building. Basically, if I didn't ask, I wouldn't know. But overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Ocean view room was nice, clean property, staff were helpful where they could be

The room looked over the beach. Very nice view of the ocean. Nice large king bed, very comfortable. Lots of hot water in the shower. Did not deal with the hot tub. Room was large and comfortable. Staff was sufficient.
